The customer service was really good, and the mood and feeling of the restraunt was also good. But when it comes to food, I couldn't really enjoy them. The taste of fried rice, the dumplings and the chow mein was not good, there were absolute no umami. The fried rice was literally just flavored with soy sauce. But the chicken was really well made and I liked it.

It was my girlfriend and is first night in san francisco. The waitress gave us a dish that we did not order and charged us for it. She argued with us the whole way and in the end we had to pay for the food. It was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant ive ever had. I would never go back.

Brandy Ho's has been a staple of SF since 1980 & is a hidden jewel! Their food is authentic & so delicious. My father has been a customer since its opening & still comes back to this day. Can't recommend enough.

Nice staff! Brandy’s fried rice was good! The general chicken wasn’t my favorite. $50 for the Chicken, Shrimp, Chicken Fried Rice, egg rolls, and General chicken at lunch. I also called the order in to support the restaurant directly and not the food apps.

Been coming here for years. Now mostly a takeout place. Haven't liked the food as I did before.

First off, the waiter, Jack, was attentive and very nice. The food was okay but the tofu tasted a bit old. However, when I was eating the tofu curry, I bit into something that was so hard that it broke a piece off my left molar. After bringing it to the attention of the server, the manager came and responded in a very defensive manner and even laughed, suggesting that I must have had cavities and just said that he could neither confirm nor deny what happend. I understand that this can happen in a restaurant if something like a stone or piece of metal slips into the food but the treatment here was neither empathetic nor professional. Although I am traveling and eating out a lot for my work, this has never happened to me until now.In the end we payed over fifty dollars for two simplistic dishes and one beer plus a broken tooth.

First rate - great value. We had the Cold Noodles with Peanut Sauce . They were perfectly spiced, and we ate every drop. Then we had Hot & Sour Shrimp. Hunan perfection!

Delicious and fresh. Love the levels of spice, and white meat chicken options. Chow mein, Si Foo and Green Bean are faves in my home. Tofu is delightful of you're craving vegetarian.mild itself has a kick so if you're a spice newbie start there.

Attentive service, large menu, tasty dishes. The manager was very helpful with suggestions for food that would accommodate my garlic allergy. Good hot and sour soup and steamed dumplings.
