The new owner, Pete, is a down-to-earth and friendly person who’s also very accommodating. I originally ordered a medium chicken BBQ pizza, but he generously upgraded it to a large as a thank-you for being a loyal customer. The pizza maker, James, also went the extra mile by adding my favorite Korean BBQ sauce. The previous owners, Pete and Jimmy, were fantastic, and this Pete is just as great. Definitely worth a 5-star rating!

This place fell off since Pete died and they sold the place. I grew up coming here. Every time I’ve been here recently, I’ve either called in or ordered online, and when I come pick up the pizza when it’s supposed to be ready, the employees are sitting around talking to each other, and they finally make the pizza after i tell them about pick up.

Bad customer service. Did not want to admit they messed up and did not put my order in and was argumentative when I showed them proof. Never going back.

Just ordered a ln XL sized pizza ended up receiving what looks like a medium or large pizza. Called and confirmed w Bravo as to what an XL sized pizza is supposed to be and he said 18”, well this box shows 16”..don’t get us wrong the pizza is still good but at least give your customer the right size pizza that they order, and we have been long time customers of this establishment.

Best pizza in SF. Been eating here since I was a kid, all the Frisco natives eat at bravos!
i spent $65 on 12 pc“ Buffalo” chicken wings that had no buffalo sauce nor did it taste like buffalo wings and a xl pepperoni/sausage pizza mind you this is my first time going here. the pizza was cold, oily and undercooked. The wings are not authentic and they were clearly out the freezer. the only good thing here was the ranch. i do not recommend you spend your money here.
As of March 2025, management has switched hands.
The new management is also called Peter, but they're not the previous owners, who themselves weren't the original Bravos Pizza management. This location has been tough to maintain since 2020, so it's sad to see it switch hands.
Pros: new management sells pizza by the slice now
Cons: pizza lacks effort, comes out burnt, crust is crazy thick to a proportion that doesn't make sense. Hygiene took a step back (hands in ears, and back in food).
Maybe they grow into the place. I'll check it out a year from now. Maybe they switched management by then, who knows?
I been move to San Francisco since 2016 and I remember my sister took me to bravo pizza my first trying these pizza place is a bomb because the pizza here is really delicious compare to another pizza place. I can said these pizzeria is the best pizza place in San Francisco. I recommend Mission special and the world famous 😮💨😮💨🤤😋
This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had! I always order from bravos but this time my pizza was cold and extremely soggy. The paper liner was absorbed by the pizza so I got paper with every bite and it also looked like it was on its side the whole time. UPDATE: I don’t eat meat but I do eat seafood so my pizza had clams and mushrooms but I found pepperoni slices under the cheese! I am NEVER eating at this dump again. Btw, they use apps and 3rd party deliveries so I spent almost $50 but only got a $20 refund because other people had their hand in this mess. Never again!
I order online at least once a month normally all goes well
This last time delivery driver forgot my 2 orders of chicken fettuccine and I was never compensated. It's too bad because I normally spend well over $200 😕. Also the last time the pizza was floppy and just all around terrible. Don't eat there they are crooks!!! They have lost a true loyal customer.

I dined at Bravo Pizza on Thurs, 1/16, for the first time in a little while. I ordered a small house salad, and a small chicken pesto pizza. I believe Bravo is under new management. Fortunately, the food still tasted yummy, as it did under the previous regime.
The service was poor. The waiter yelled at me when I asked for Parmesan cheese and hot peppers. He was very rude to us.

I can’t express how much I enjoy Bravos, I’ve had about half the entree menu and numerous variants of pizza and every time I leave well beyond satisfied, often in awe of the food I just consumed. The setting is casual enough to come straight from work or playing ball but the quality of the food elevates it to being worthy of any date night or business lunch you have on your calendar. Their pepperoni pizza with a pesto drizzle (an off menu but by no means secret mod) lives rent free in my head. If you’re in the southern half of the city and craving a pie or a slice then ignore the 15-20 pizza places you’ll pass on your way there and get to bravos, you’ll be glad you did.

Ordered pizza and wings from what I thought was the website. Delivery thru Slice was quick but instead of ringing the doorbell, I got a phone call.
The pizza crust was burnt but when I called I was told I ordered from a 3rd party and there was nothing they could do about it. I said I thought I ordered directly from the restaurant and was told I needed to call in my order to order directly. I was then offered a new pizza but I had to pick it up. I have never been happy with the 'new' Bravos, but as I like to buy locally I decided to try again and was once again disappointed.
