It may have not been a race issue but i didn’t like how i was treated!! Walked in and was greeted. There was a White couple behind me. The guy tells me to go up the ramp points at the floor and says wait here while i sit the family behind you. We were both walk ins with no appointment. The white couple behind me was equally upset! I spent my money elsewhere perhaps you should too.

Amazing spot! Great views, food was tasty drinks were yummy, and service was incredible! As Aussies traveling in the states this was one of the better establishments we went to.

Still hella fun...kids like it, not to pricey either. Food was suoer cold today. Manager took care of us and we respect him for it. Id go again for sure.

We were on our anniversary vacation and since me and my husband love this place in Anaheim ca. we visit the San Francisco and let me tell you how bad I hated this place… starting from the door.
The girl who took us to our table had no smile, blank face, no hi/hello/how are you. Just “table for 2” after that “your server will be here shortly” my server was good, she was friendly but she had a scared face like it was her first day.
Food: (I know this restaurant so I’m familiar with the entire menu)
Appetizers… calamari! (Extremely over cooked, even black pieces almost like eating rubber bands, (yes I did return it and asked for a new one) drinks… corona-Rita… no alcohol at all just beer with water!! I send it back again! Then you have to wait until your server is free because is the only one running all the tables, after finishing our meal we had to wait over 30 min to get the check. Definitely not happy with this place few days later we visit Monterrey go see the review I left for them!!! We are talking night and day difference.

My first time in San Francisco and of course I went to visit Bubba Gump! And... WOW, what a cool place. Super pleasant atmosphere, with a view of the entire San Francisco Bay.
The menu is varied, my highlight was a seasonal dish that the waiter recommended, a combo of shrimp, lobster and fish fried to perfection, with sauces that give it a special touch.
The service is friendly and fast.
If you are in San Francisco it is a must-visit, especially if you are a fan of Forrest Gump.

Our server Anthony was amazing! I would give him 6 stars if possible. He was super attentive to our table and also helped with recommendations for things to do in the area!

The food was ok. Service was not good! Waiter seemed to be put out if we wanted anything. Drinks were so watered down that it was disgusting. We were planning on spending time there enjoying ourselves. Didn’t even want to have more. Spend your money somewhere else!! So disappointed been looking forward to this and saved time to visit there on our short trip to SF.
