i've heard they had great burgers but it was pretty bland. i've had bison meat before and typically it tastes like a very strong beef flavor. the burger i had was very mild in flavor

Hands down, the BEST burger in San Francisco. Or maybe even anywhere in the world. It is the best tasting, minus the grease that you get at other local favorites. French fries are great too, but I always get a side of coleslaw to try to stay on the healthy side. Makes for a great lunch. Grace always makes me feel at home. Thanks for years of yummy food!

Moved into the neighborhood a few months back and finally had the opportunity to experience what I had only heard about. Super comfy California environment, clean. Great burgers, steaks, fries all top notch in flavor and tenderness. We tried the Reuben burger and highly recommend! Thanks and we will be back! And clean bathroom!

My burger was overcooked. I didn't want the unpleasantness of requesting another, because I was treating a friend for his birthday, so I ate the medium rare center and left the rest.
The waiter was appallingly bad.

Completely unprofessional in appearance, dress and attitude.
We waited so long to order that I went to the counter to ask if I should order there.
Did he not like us because of the way we were dressed? did he treat us with disrespect because one of us has brown skin?
At one point the server approached our table with a beverage in one hand, and sipped his drink through a straw before asking us what we needed this time.
Been coming here since I was a kid. But the original owner left and the new staff are really rude. I still try to support my favorite restaurant but when I couldn't afford a tip the lady threw my credit card at me. When I received my food it was burnt and inedible. I've eaten at this place for almost a decade but I'm never coming back. I used to work in food service and never got mad when I didn't get a tip. Nor did I punish customers. Very selfish and childish behavior.

Great lil hide away spot..! Very low key . but high taste value! Been here 2× and food had been amazing! Perfectly cooked steak and super fresh salad. Prices are reasonable with other eateries in the city.. If you have a chance to go here give it a shot.... Park up the street and walk down for a stress free start..
