Bun Mee

food was ok, I got bun noodles with pork. the service was awful - I ordered ahead on my phone since I needed to walk to this place from my gate. when I got there, I waited for about 5 minutes past the expected pickup time but didn’t see my food, so I walked up to the counter to ask about my order. the lady working there proceeded to ignore me both times when I said “excuse me” twice, and just continued to work on the kiosk orders, calling out names, and then turning her back when I was very obviously trying to ask for help. when she finally paid attention to me, she realized I was waiting for an online order and that’s when she called out to another worker to start making my order. she told me she thought I was waiting for a kiosk order but regardless where I placed my order, why is that a reason to ignore someone trying to ask a question? very unpleasant experience, I ended up making it back to my gate halfway through boarding because I was ignored for so long lol

I ordered a Classic Combo Banh Mi (no jalapeño) and really enjoyed it. The bread was amazing, crunchy and flavorful, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The meat was tender and tasty, perfectly balanced with the rest of the ingredients. I enjoyed it so much that I could have easily ordered another one!
Price was good.

The banh mi was lackluster, it is missing the flavourful paté. The chicken was super dry, the vegetables tasted like they have been sitting out for a long time. The bread was also a bit stale. For even airport food, this falls below standard.

Absolutely delicious, fresh, hot Vietnamese Pho soup, sides and salads.

Better than any restaurant even outside the terminal. They serve alcoholic beverages up to 11:00 pm.

Friendly staff and fast.

Came out super quick, better than a lot of airport options, but perfectly mid food. Not the worst option here for sure.

Not bad place for food. Paid $17 total for a sandwich. So prices are not the best, but then again it’s for an airport.

The sandwich isn’t too bad but neither is it exceptionally good. Ultimately depends on if it’s worth it or not depending on who eats it. For me, maybe not so much.

We encountered the loudest and rudest person in charge this morning — Charlene Lopez. We had received a message from Priority Pass indicating that takeout service was available at this restaurant. However, as soon as we mentioned it and tried to show our card, he began shouting and acting in an unprofessional manner. It seemed as though he was trying to avoid responsibility by raising his voice and attracting attention.
Because of his behavior, we decided to leave and go to the next restaurant.

For airport food, it’s not bad. It’s busy so they are churning through orders but the flavors are not bad. It was a bit soggy because there was too much sauce but the portions are huge.
