The food was excellent! I had spicy wontons, pork stickerpots, spring rolls, and pork buns, and it was cooked perfectly.
My wife is Shanghainese, and this is her favorite restaurant. My daughter’s too!
We love especially their (these are some of the most famous dishes in Shanghai cuisine)
- Shanghai style stir-fried shrimps
- Soft tofu in crab sauce
- steamed rice with bacon and vegetable (comes in a clay pot)
The staff is kind and unfailingly sweet to our kids.
Food is really good, my family is from Shanghai they gave it a two thumbs up
Food tastes good, authentic Shanghai cuisine. Restaurant doesn’t look clean though, which is a common problem in Chinatown restaurants
Today's experience wasn't as good as the last one, but I'll try it again in the future.
This place is the best. I always bring my outbod town guest down to china town to eat at this place.
Good food, especially the dumplings and dumpling soup
No frills, great food. Couldn’t stop eating. Ma Po Tofu with minced pork was incredible, soup dumplings too!
Authentic and very friendly, food was delicious and quick service too!
Really authentic Shanghai flavor with affordable price. We ordered the fried horsehair crab with topokki and it is the best I ever had in the US. Highly recommend!!

A great little cheap Chinese restaurant, where we were taken care of well and food was nice enough. The place looks a bit dated, I guess they all kind of do in this area, but we liked it.
Good Shanghai fare, especially the gong pao chicken and the string beans. The food is pretty salty, which I like. Some of the dishes were not as flavorful as I hoped. Friendly service.
The best Shanghainese spot in San Francisco in my opinion. I’ve been coming here for a long time and the food and service is always consistent. Unpretentious atmosphere/nice family owners. Make sure to try one of the dishes with rice cakes (pickles and pork is my favorite)
A very good restaurant for anyone who wants to eat a little healthier.
Everything with fresh, crunchy vegetables, the best thing we have eaten on our trip to the USA so far.
