Staff at unfriendly and rude, even when it was quiet. Gave me the wrong order and said the cheese burger machine was broken, not sure how that could be broken.

Worst whopper I've had in my life. Was cold and the bun broke apart immediately, so it was old bread. Only get if you want the cheapest meal in the airport
Their menu prices were lower than reality. I only found out they charged me more by looking at my receipt. The lady at the register got mad when I asked for a refund on the difference and told the chef not to put cheese on my burger- as if lying about the price was my fault. Also the price difference between the whopper meal and just the sandwich was literally $9.10. Absurd up charge for fries and a drink

You come here because you have no self esteem (hey, that’s me!) and just want the cheapest food in this expensive airport in the most expensive city in the country. And yet, disappointed that it is still more expensive than the outside BK location and do not take coupon. OK. Finish my freaking whopper and get my cheap ass out of this overpriced city.
They forgot to add my order to the que... everyone was getting their meals that ordered after me.

Going out on a limb here, but maybe the best fast food experience at an airport I’ve had. Food made to order, nice and warm and quick.
