Who knew a BK could be worse than the last? This is IT! Every single time I come to this location is a struggle. Understanding English is almost a struggle too. This particular location doesn’t fully participate in the BK app either like redeeming rewards and discounts. Homeless are everywhere at this location and are even allowed to lay on the floor yelling profanities. I will NEVER go to this location ever again!

My brother received some very poor customer service from the workers the morning of 1/1/2024 at this location. He went to pick up a mobile order for my mother, which was under her name. The workers in question were very rude to him and initially told them that they did not have the order, when he gave them her name. They then starting asking him other inappropriate questions like the address on the order(!) and, after that, insisted that he show them the order receipt from my mom (which she sent to him via e-mail). He still had wait for the food even after all of this. He was there for about 30-45 minutes trying to get it. What makes it worse is that he said other people were coming in during that time and getting mobile orders by simply giving their names; no additional info needed. This is unacceptable. The workers need to do better.

The man serving in the morning was very polite and served us fast. There are not a lot of value items but we were able to get a 2 for 5 cross ain't sandwich.
Homeless people ask for money in the store. Waited 20 minutes for whopper jr. the soda taste off a bitter aftertaste. I ask for sweet and sour and didn’t get it.

I love burger King , I always choose over the Macdonalds , but this time at this place I am disappointed , as always I ordered a whopper meal combo with cheese, medium size with a coke, customer service and atmosphere are pretty good in this place , but the burger wasn't, it was super cold the bun was very cold, like taking it out from the fridge.

I work for Burger King for a couple of years. This restaurant is dirty. It’s not clean. The food is poorly prepared. The buns Are Stale, ice machine is dirty always and it’s never no ice, scares me with bacteria and germs. This restaurant have poor service.
