There are a few ladies who tend the drive thru window, but two stand out. There is a younger latina who is just plain rude. She isn't very friendly and not much help when asking her basic questions. I usually order thru the app to pick up at the drive thru window, but she always manages to complicate things.This last time I ordered from the app, she wouldn't honor the promo price of the order even though I had an order number. She told me to order from her but of course the price ended up being three times what I would have payed on the app. I was there so long, I decided to just give in . I ended up paying $18 for the trio special that I usually pay a little over $8 for thru the app. Then there's the other middle aged lady (also latina ), who never includes ketchup or napkins and then gets angry when you ask her about it. Also likes to charge for sauces, when im pretty sure the costumer is allowed at least one free. All things I'd would overlook if their attitude was a bit nicer. They're attitude has gotten so bad, in fact, I now go to the Burger King on valencia/mission. The staff there couldn't be friendlier. I don't mean to make a fuss over stuff like this, because I know its a tough job but its like any business. Im a costumer and I don't feel welcomed at this Burger King location.

Pretty clean. Lots of tourist. Service was prompt. Large dining area. Not that many homeless people hanging around as it's a tourist attraction because of cable cars. Lots of shopping in this area. Not the freshest but it's good.
Doors for dine in close early. Not sure if it’s 8 pm. The “ open until 2 am “ is driver thru only

The food was great. It was ready in less than 10 minutes. The customer service was great. The cashier was nice and got my order correct. If you're looking to make a quick stop for food, I recommend going here!

I ordered two combo meals and I got charge for both of them. And after all I found one combo missing. That’s so ridiculous. And I’m disappointed by their service. NEVER AGAIN 👎🏼
