Like all the others, this BK is clean. I placed my order and my menu choices were handed to me within moments. Without remark, the transaction was very professional and transparent. Everything on my order was palatable, both hot and fresh. I got everything I wanted, even a seasonal BK crown, as a keeper. I ate to enjoy my lunch while I listened to the tunes of the indoor sound system. As I left, I self-bussed the table... made easy to do, but was it required? Nope. So have a nice day, one and all. Communication is terrible. Latino lady rushed me during my order, and when I tried to ask a question she said just a minute. Minutes have passed and the car ahead of me moved forward. Got to the window to pay for my food and was told I was being charged an extra .25 for the bag which a large onion rings and large fries was put in. Could have easily put those in the other bag too. I then asked for a large cup of water and she said that's $1, I didn't pay for that. Don't think I'm coming back to this burger king location.

Bad customer serviceManager has a horrible attitude I ordered a whopper Jr. And they give a mini whopper with frys and acup full of ice with little black tea, I really don't recommend this restaurant, to use the restroom they let you waiting up to 3 minutes or more to open the dirty restroom

There was a problem with our order we placed through the Burger King app, which we had to sit through the drive-thru to pick up since it was late hours in the morning. Well, for whatever reason they couldn't find our order and so it wasn't ready. So we were told to go drive back in the Drive-Thru line and wait again to figure it out. In the end the guys and gals there were very understanding and even gave us an extra treat for our troubles which was really sweet of them!Parking: Parking lot is spacious -- not at all cramped little spaces and it's free parking for customers!
