As a delivery driver, I pass by this location regularly — and every single time, Ismael impresses me with his patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. He handles every interaction with grace, whether it’s helping other drivers, serving walk-in customers, or dealing with more challenging situations involving intoxicated individuals or people experiencing homelessness.
Even during late-night rushes, when most would lose their temper or energy, Ismael remains calm, collected, and respectful. He treats everyone with dignity, never rushing or judging, and he manages to keep the atmosphere around him peaceful and efficient.
He also communicates clearly, is always organized, and makes sure everyone feels seen and heard — including us drivers, which honestly makes a big difference on tough shifts.
Ismael is a rare gem in the fast food world — someone who truly cares, shows up with integrity, and brings light to a job that isn’t always easy. He deserves all the recognition and more.

My onion rings were not cooked all the way. They were cold inside and soggy. My rodeo burger was cold and for some reason the burger was hella spicy. What I remember it's just bbq sauce so it shouldn't be burning my mouth. Over all the expenence was horrible and I won't be going back.

Burger King has really changed the whopper, the patty is so thin all you're eating is a veggie sandwich for $18 plus dollars. I'm done!
Ordered 1 bacon cheeseburger and whopper junior but the onions were replaced with onion rings. The burgers were barely warm and they put too much lettuce

First off I travelled on the bus way further to order from this specfic location because they accept EBT, except once u got there they informed me that their EBT machine wasn't working!! So I had to lay in cash, which means my expectations may have been higher but either way starting out with bad taste in my mouth. I got my order and when I finally got back home with it I was surely disappointed!!! I expectted the food to be on the less hot side since I had to take a bus to get home however the fries weren't just cold they were raw!! Seriously extremely undercooked!! There's no way BK corporate would approve or appreciate the uncooked fries i received , this screams Red flags because what other food items are they ignoring preset cook times for,?? when cooking?? I actually re-fried them myself because they were that bad!!! The whopper Jr was fine but I swear every time I get a je instead of a reg whopper the tomato slice us the butt end of the tomato the one u would never eat if u cut the tomato yourself, tea gross but never fails I got the stupid but slice tomato and it was another easily an unnecessary strike on this restaurant!! I won't be going back anytime soon that's for sure!!
