Two of the dishes I had were dry - a noodle dish, which had a ton of garlic, and the tea leaf salad (dry and not very flavorful). The tofu appetizer was good - especially the sauce. Great service.
Burmese Kitchen is the best, most authentically Burmese restaurant. Though other restaurants are okay, their menus are Chinese-influenced--delicious too, but I'm at a Burmese restaurant for Burmese. Burmese Kitchen offers more traditionally Burmese dishes, such as their Sour Leaf and Shrimp or vegetarian version (my favorite and only restaurant that serves it). The owner grows his own sour leaf vegetable to have it available all year...thank you Dennis! And forever thanks...
Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was reasonably priced. Tea leaf salad came mixed and was good. Entrees were good. Garlic egg noodles were good and not too salty. Pork with pickled mango was unique and probably my favorite. The prawn and pumpkin was ok but the flavor was mild. Coconut rice was great.
