This was my first time visiting this restaurant. All the credits go to my friend who took me here. I ordered chicken wrap. It was superb. The place was not cozy on a very cold day which I think can be dealt with if they keep their front door closed. I’m not so sure if this place is suitable for people with wheelchairs or not however people with visual impairment/blind can certainly make their way through this restaurant without any difficulty. I will certainly be going back to explore the rest of their menu. Another positive thing about the location of this restaurant is that Petes coffee is right next to it Which I think is a good thing. Love the food thank you for the experience. I will definitely be coming back.

The store manager is rude, you have no education, he thinks he is the owner of the restaurant treating people badly, he doesn't know how to deal with the general public.

Coming from Marin and been there a few times and enjoyed. Went Sunday. Family that came in same time as us received their food about 20 -25 minutes before we did. Clearly they were processing take out/door dash before addressing our order. Will never return.

Best wine pour on the avenue. Super-friendly staff, food always tastes great. Kitchen is fast. My salmon is perfectly done every time. Their babaghanouj is smokey and delicious. They don't take reservations so try them at 5 or 530 to beat the crowds. They have a parklet, but we ate inside last time. Their prices have crept up over the years but they're still a good value for West Portal restaurants. ❤️

Vegetarian options: Middle eastern/Turkish influenced so easy to make most dishes vegetarian friendly. Vegans will likely have to be "dirty" and eat some cheese or yogurt.

Kid-friendliness: Family friendly spot.

Busy Monday night on West Portal led me to this place.
Moussaka was unfortunately very watery and a little one note, but a generous portion at least.
Adana kebab was tasty and well spiced. Seasoned rice was also quite good!

Ordered pickup tonight from Bursa for the first time- can’t say enough about how amazing the food was and how delightful and kind the staff were! This is the best Mediterranean we’ve had in 10 years in SF- can’t wait to be back.

Delicious Middle Eastern cuisine served up in perfectly sized portions: not too big or too small. I had a chicken wrap that tasted really good!

Vegetarian options: The combo platter is a great vegan option. It only contains one item with dairy (Haydari).

Nice place for a quick bite. The dishes have an authentic flair and are generously sized.

As a fan of Turkish food, I must say that Adana Kebab was not similar to its original version. The meat quality was ok, but the cooking style was really bad. Adana kebab must be made on a skewer, not on a grill tray like a burger. I checked the pictures of other people's orders, all the kebabs were made with skewers, but what I ate today was nothing like these pictures. The behavior of the staff was friendly, the order preparation time was long, the restaurant restroom was awful, very small and dirty

The food, service, and audience here are all wonderful. Everything is fresh, delicious and has well balanced flavors. The staff was kind and helpful. The place has high quality food and is in a comfortable atmosphere, nice but not shabby. This place is great for a date or meal with a friend to catch up.

Went there for lunch. Service was good. Food was OK. Maybe it's just what I ordered. Got the spicy lamb/beef wrap. It was OK but not spicy. Wouldn't order it again.

The food was excellent. The Dolmas, and falafel were also on point and they give you four not two. We just ate two of each before the picture was taken. Yes! They were that tasty. Parking can be a bit tight, so give yourself some extra time to find parking.
