Curt and rude staff at the register ruined my day. You either answer their questions in milliseconds, or face their offensive, jaded attitude. Zero respect for customers.

Walk away— go outside of the hotel to eat. Overpriced mediocre food.

I got to the hotel early and decided to have lunch. I got a chicken penne alfredo and it was great. Larger portion than I expected so I got a to go box and ate the rest the next day for lunch. Also stopped in the little convenience store part for some desserts during my trip which were pretty good.

Stayed at the Westin & had $25 food credit each day. Which did not get us much here. Food is extremely overpriced and underwhelming. Our credit got us 2 cookies and a drink… for $25. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Basically an overpriced convenience store.

Don’t bother unless you’re severely jet lagged. Over cooked pasta with slap on sauce with chicken chunks. Expensive watery mess. This is a grab and go counter at the lobby of the Westin St. Francis at Union Square, San Francisco. That’s all the hotel have. It’s the place for the quick grab food for breakfast. Perfect for convention attendees. It gets really busy with people fueling up with coffee.Forget about lunch and dinner.
Very friendly staff and delicious selections for a quick bite! Conveniently located in the lobby.
