I placed an order from Café Alma through DoorDash this morning, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. DoorDash support attempted to call the restaurant multiple times over the span of an hour to confirm the order, but Café Alma never answered the phone. Because of this, my order was delayed for over an hour and 30 minutes with no communication from the restaurant.
I understand places can get busy, but completely ignoring calls creates a really frustrating customer experience. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue, because this level of unresponsiveness made what should’ve been a simple breakfast order into a major inconvenience. I won’t be a repeat customer.

Cafe Alma is such a gem in the neighborhood! From the moment you walk in, the warm and stylish decor makes you feel right at home. The location is convenient, and it has the perfect vibe whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee or sitting down for a meal.
Their pastries are absolutely delicious—fresh, flaky, and so well-made that I always have a hard time choosing just one. The coffee is excellent, and their food menu makes it a great spot not only for breakfast or a snack but also for a satisfying meal.
What makes Cafe Alma stand out even more is the staff. They are always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes every visit a pleasure.
It’s the kind of cafe every neighborhood dreams of having—cozy, inviting, and consistently good. Definitely a must-visit!

This is one of my favorite coffee spots in San Francisco. First and foremost, it's doggy friendly. The staff are incredibly sweet although there have been few handful of times I've visited. They have a standard selection of cafe drinks and a delicious selection of sandwiches and other food items. Parking is ample, free, and unrestricted. It's almost always sunny in India basin which makes the space really nice to work out of - lots of fresh air (high ceiling/garage door opening warehouse setting) and sunshine. Thank you so much!

Love this space and the quality of food and beverages they serve. A ton of artwork displayed around and overall a great space to hang out either solo or with a friend. Did I mention the space is awesome? And it sits on edge of Bayview with an amazing view overlooking the bay. They could use more help in the kitchen tho. One person had to do both register and espresso drinks. She was as courteous as she could be while hustling to do both.
