Chester is a tentpole of the community here in Sutter village. This funky cozy corner shop is so welcoming and homey it’s like your cool uncles place with comics. The bagel with eggs, cheese, and fresh sauteed spinach and mushrooms is unmatched in the city for freshness and quality. The coffee is old school dark roast brewed strong - hard to find these days. Stay a while and you’ll catch the daily vibe of life here. Amazing.

Awesome cozy and homey cafe, we ended up stumbling across it and we are so glad we did. We ended up going in for coffee and food. Food was amazing the veggie pesto melt was really good and the drink selection and coffee was also amazing as well. Not sure if the man who took our order was the owner but he was very welcoming and very kind as well. Will definitely come back whenever we are back!

Displaced Joe's customer looking for a new regular cafe in the neighborhood - this place would be an okay replacement except it seems like the owners are using half the dining room as a storage locker. There were 4 other customers when I stopped in and the place felt full because of all the storage.

Cute and cozy spot! I really love their iced Chai latte, had it once and will keep coming back for more. Also, their food selection and quality is really good. I had the CAT(cream cheese, avocado, and tomato) and it was really delicious. Staff is friendly as well!Highly recommend.
