Super fresh food!! Highly recommended! You have a big variety of food you can choose from (from normal salad, to sushi, meat, fish etc). You pay per pound. Good prices for very healthy and tasty food!

Great cheap salad + hot food bar and the nicest owners.

No frills salad bar with coffee, sandwiches, pastries, and more. This is one of the more affordable spots when it comes to salad bars. I like the selection of toppings, including hard boiled eggs, crunchies, and a variety of salad dressings. The lettuce and spinach are abundant whenever I go. My favorite items are the spicy chicken, roasted veggies, caprese, and California rolls. There's an interesting mix of items that makes lunch interesting every time. Friendly staff as well!

Downtown SF has it's share of Buffet style salad bar/hot food items, and this is by far the rankest of all of them. I probably should have just walked, but the adventurous spirit in me had to know. The food in the buffet is extremely undesirable. I thought this one item was cole slaw and it was imitation crab. The seating area is extremely drab. The forks they give you are super low quality. All in all, I have very little understanding of how this place stays in business. On a positive note, I felt like I was giving out too many 4 and 5 star reviews, so this takes care of that.

Chicken Teryaki over Rice every Friday..

Can't recommend the smoothie - so much ice splinters, so little fruit.
