Café New Honolulu imhv is a rising star in Chinatown relatively new yet should be regarded one of the most affordable, least expensive (considering both quality and quantity not necessary ambiente or service) and decent place with a variety of menu. During a tour of San Fran, I walked through Chinatown and gave Cafe New Honolulu a try. Ordered the Sweet Fried Rice and Fish Balls. The rice was GREAT (loved the texture and stickiness). The fish balls did nothing for me - lived the sauce, but didn't enjoy the fish (it was made correctly, and I'm sure others love it, but it wasn't for me). However, I would go back and try another dish or two.
Had lunch here today and the food is very decent and the prices are reasonable comparing to today’s standard on prices. Ordered three dishes and the food is quite authentic. Overall good value for the price and taste.
