Café Rx is truly a hidden gem tucked away in the Presidio, and once you find it, it’s absolutely worth the visit. My go-to lunch spot in the Presidio. Mel the manager is one of my favorite people. The whole staff is friendly. Food is fresh and always delicious. And I mean always. Can’t beat the pricing and the generous portions. Once I was a part of a party of 30-40 people and they were able to accommodate us, after we called ahead to confirm if that was possible.

I had a really pleasant experience here. The organic eggs paired with hot sauce were full of flavor, and the croissant and granola were fresh and enjoyable. The staff was warm, respectful, and always ready to help. Everything felt well prepared and thoughtfully served.
