Best short ribs I’ve ever had, and I’m an foodie. (It was a special). My wife had one of their homemade pasta dishes and was equally impressed. The lobster escargot appetizer was incredible (no snails - don’t worry. Our waiter was fantastic. He really listened to what we were interested in and gave great recommendations including a wine pairing. The owner checked on us too. 10/10!

I was dining with a long-time friend I hadn't seen in years. We arrived at the restaurant early and were able to talk for hours, partly because of the timing and it beomg a Monday night. The homemade pasta was excellent. The prices were low to average. Belden Place (location of restaurant) seemed pretty run down so it wasn't the cute European-inspired setting I was hoping my out-of-town friend would be impressed by (but again, a Monday night, low activity).

I have been dining here for years and every meal has been a wonderful experience. The food,is always excellent and the staff is attentive no matter how busy they are and as a former European, love the authenticity of the restaurant. I've recommended them to all my friends and clients and I've never gotten a bad review. Love this place!

I’ll start off by saying the food was very good! We originally made a reservation for outside and when we arrived, we were sat inside. Usually it wouldn’t have bothered us too much except we were sat to an extremely loud group which made it hard to talk to the person right across from you. We asked if we could move the outside and thankfully they moved us but seemed very irritated. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is our server was not very friendly and the overall experience was not what we were hoping but at least the food was delicious! I’m not sure I would come back though

Truly authentic! The server was so kind in helping accommodate my need for a gluten free option as well, it's not noted on the menu but they do have gf pasta available. Food was incredible as was the wine! We would be regulars if we lived in SF.

Our waiter was visibly annoyed with our party. He went out of his way to be a heel. I'm from the bay area and went with this open table rec... NOPE. This restaurant was an absolute joke compared to all of the gems in sf and surrounding areas. Don't waste your time or money here.
