Grabbed an avo toast when passing through, it was much needed after a 12 hour flight 🥲💕 Generous with avo and seeds, so filling! Service was quick and staff were friendly. Price was really good for the serve size and fact it’s in an airport!

Sometimes the door won't open, and you would be left stranded without your coffee that you already paid, and without a person to help you retrieve it; the sms option is useless, and they ignore you if you try to contact them by other means

Screens are broken to pick up coffees but there’s no out of order signs. No way to pick up our coffees and no way to contact customer service. The phone number listed brings you to a voicemail box. No one reasons from the phone number to text or the email. Scam. Please refund us and fix your machine or place out of order signs.

Updating my review to add they still haven’t responded to me or refunded me. When I tried to reach out to them on instagram they blocked me.

Complete scam!

The robot just places the cup under a machine, and then hands it to you.

The coffee is so terrible I felt bad for the drain while pouring it down the drain.

Completely overpriced garbage. Avoid at all costs.

The price of the robot coffee shop is similar to other coffee shops, and many items are sold out. I didn’t drink in the end, but it was interesting.

The machine broke in the middle of our order and we never received our coffees. I called the customer service line, it just brings you to a voicemail and hangs up. I texted customer service line, no response. Emailed, no response. I messaged and commented on their instagram and their account blocked me. Customer service does not exist. We just want our refund. It’s been nearly a week with no response from anyone. Would not recommend this ‘company’
