Great concept. Always makes me smile. Menu: poor options!Every few times I’m at the airport I check to see if there’s an update to the menu: limited nut milk options, the matcha is so sweet it’s like a mouthful of sugarLooking forward to when they update their ingredients to match their technology:I want natural organic unsweetened nut milk options / healthy menu choices

Only got a drink from here because it was the only “place” open. Drinks are overpriced and taste awful. Got a 16 oz lemonade just for most of the cup to filled with ice or foam from the dispenser. Got around 4 oz of lemonade at best.

A place where a robot makes coffee, nothing special other than that.

$6 for 8oz of okay coffee from an automatic espresso maker coffee, the kind found in office buildings. Costs the same as a real cafe but takes very long. The robot is a gimmick and

AWESOME. A COFFEE-MAKING ROBOT! it lets you choose the blend of coffee you want and dispenses it. The robot also does the cutest little waves. Coffee was surprisingly good albeit a little expensive at 7.25 but it didn’t ask for tip so it cancels out for a regular Californian price latte. it offers oatmilk as well! The matcha is great and tastes like actual matcha. 10/10 would recommend.

This was fun. A robot making my coffee. When I got to the kiosk the screen was locked up. I had to manually cancel out each part of a large order then it worked. There were 3 kiosksThe menu is simple. I got a late. 6.5 but no tip. Had a bit of a hassle it wanted a first name and initial. Just setting up with initials did not work. The coffee was made and presented on the counter. When I accepted the drink the robot put it in the cube for me to take. You need to put on the top yourself and no pattern in the milk. It tasted a little cinomony like there was a little carry over from another drink. It's a fun novelty

“Starbots” Interesting futuristic example of what is to come. The barista did not misspell my name or mess up my order.

This was the first time I witnessed a robot making coffee! I found the robotic arm to be a pretty impressive barista!

Very cool machine. Fun to watch. I ordered hot chocolate. It was horrible! Super watery garbage. Who do I talk with about my horrible drink that I paid $6 for? No one there. Who does one contact? Fun at first. Big disappointment at the end. Reminds me of some relationships.

Horrible taste. Just because it’s right at the entrance don’t fall for it. So impersonal, expensive and again, horrible taste. There’s legit, service oriented coffee shops inside the terminal. SFO is already pricey but this coffee is a little above that. So it’s a definitely no ??
