Takes Mexican cuisine to a completely different universe, one that I want to live in. Bold, amazing flavors. The staff is excellent and not pretentious. We eat at Michelin restaurants every week, this food is at the top of our list.

A truly exceptional meal. The menu is thoughtfully crafted and offers a unique take on Mexican cuisine that feels both familiar and innovative at the same time. The highlight for me was perhaps the moles, and the kitchen tour I got at the end of the meal. Californios’ kitchen was spotless and the chefs were all very kind.
