They are now open for lunch. 5/27/21 I have only had the chipotle chicken in my orders and cannot speak to the other items personally but the food I have had was amazing. Now that San Francisco is opening up for dining please support the local shops.
Yesss, an affordable breakfast burrito (with meat) in the city. It's been a while since I have been here, since I work further in the city now, BUT on one random morning with some time to spare, I was breakfastless in FiDi and racking my brain for places. Aha! Doesn't Cantina Verde has breakfast? Yes, yes it does. No line at a little after 8 am, a few employees prepping for the day behind the counter. This was my go-to salad joint for the LONGEST TIME (pre-COVID) and I was so sad to drop by this afternoon for the first time back in office to realize they are closed for good. Their taco salads and orange sauce were hits around the office. Not to mention their breakfast burritos alone -- we never had left overs !!
