Cantoo is such a gem! The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were huge, the staff was great, and the prices were almost shockingly affordable. A lowkey spot serving incredible food without the fuss, can’t wait to come back.

I ordered fried rice and honestly it was disappointing, it tasted burned and reused, not fresh at all. The chicken was fine, that part I did enjoy. The lasagna, however, seemed like it had been made a long time ago and wasn’t reheated properly. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not what I expected.

This was our first meal in SF and it absolutely blew us away. We probably over-ordered, but everything on the menu looked amazing... And it was! We did our best to finish. Christina is so friendly and fantastic. Will definitely come back the next time we're in SF.

Tucked away in the Tenderloin, the neighborhood gem has a following of loyal customers. On a recent Saturday night visit, every table was full! But after one visit, you’ll also be hooked—delicious food, friendly service and did I mention the delicious food? Just, yum! Can’t wait to return and have the Cantoo Triple Set (roasted duck, lechon, and BBQ pork)— I think I e thought about this dish every day since. Will post a photo!
