I normally don’t make complaints I know customer service can be hard especially in SF. I come to this Carl’s Jr all the time and order a kids meal for my daughter and she gets the same thing. One of the new employees didn’t hear me, I said the order twice and he got it wrong. No big deal for me, if it wasn’t for my picky kid I wouldn’t even ask to fix it but my daughter is extremely picky. I just asked if they can give me the correct fries and the man that’s a new employee got a rude attitude with me. Again I understand CS is hard and I remained calmed. I just wanted the correct fries, instead he told me I never asked for that and tried to charge me $7 for new fries. I asked if I can just give him the ones the gave me and if he can correct the order. I put my bag of food on the counter so he knows I’m not trying to get free food. They got the shift lead and I was charged $2 and my initial bag of food disappeared, that had the rest of our food in it. When I asked where the food went he told me I shouldn’t leave my food laying around, again with a rude tone. This Carl’s Jr usually always has great customer service and the food is always hot and fresh. Hopefully the new employee can learn how to not be rude to customers for simple mistakes on orders.

Price is way to high
for a average place to meet someone or get food I wouldn't recommend or suggest anyone to buy something to eat

Today at lunch time I witnessed the security guard take a weapon and try to attack a man that fell asleep at his table while eating.
The security guard went after him with a club. He should be fired.

So the food is good! BUT it's the WORST price! Way too OVER PRICED. Costed 75 bucks for 2 people. Got full but totally NOT WORTH IT! Could've gone to BK and spent 1/2 the price! The shakes are EXCELLENT one of the ONLY places that serve STRAWBERRY OREO MILKSHAKES!

I'll still give you five starts, but please please please bring back the impossible burger. Not only the zucchini burger, which is only OK.
Best fast food around

I liked the burger and the good thing is that they speak Spanish in the store. But it is more expensive than at In and Out in Los Angeles, 17 dollars minimum for a combo per person. They have the option of unlimited drinks.

Prices have skyrocketed in this restaurant. I think the service is good but I will go there less often because of the prices.

Came here for a late lunch and was verbally accosted by a group of three housing challenged men. The “security” guard did nothing to step in and allowed my brother and I continued to be harassed because we refused to buy a hunchback homeless man a burger. Food was solid, but why have a security guard if they are going to do nothing? Carl’s Jr. corporate and their franchisee's have to do better, it was a complete disgrace.
