ordered extra order of scallops, was brought the order without extra items & told "no no it's correct" (I'm in this airport once a month and always get this so I know for a fact that's not true) but was charged for them, waited for the server to come around for 30+ mins after receiving the food, drink was not refilled until I specifically reached out to the same server (also 30+ mins later) the gentleman i usually got served by was always polite & checked in regularly. Will not be visiting this restaurant again & wouldn't recommend it unless you're willing to gamble on the service & food quality ...

Yoda approves! It’s airport food so don’t get your hopes up but but I was super hyped they had Pliny the Elder on tap….rare.The nugs were a steal for the price but for a reason. It reminded me of the fried chicken tenders you used to get in grade school. Nostalgic, but l’m a grown adult now so I was kinda hoping for more. Yet I certainly loved that Pliny.

As far as airport food goes this was great! Flight was delayed by 4 hours and had to do something to kill time. So decided to check them out. They have plenty of seating and plenty of outlets to charge devices as you eat. Got me a seat by the window and enjoy a nice lunch of pasta and wine. The total meal came to $30 - mostly covered by the airline voucher (thanks Alaska). But, was a reasonable spend given how much the fast food was costing (~$15). The staff never rushed me and they were reasonably attentive. Overall, not bad as far as airport food is concerned.

The food here slaps. The service doesn't. Prepare to wait a really long time before you're acknowledged after sitting down, and for long periods in between placing the order and signing the check. I think there was one person working the bar and the dining area so perhaps it's a staffing issue? But something to consider if you're in a rush. The avocado cobb salad I got was a really nice size and was FRESH- a delight in an airport! Love that the dressing was served inside of the avocado too. The grilled chicken was a bit charred but it didn't bother me. Highly recommend!

There are lots of places in Terminal 2 where you can get a $19 burger. So why not get a gourmet one? This place makes a nice burger, crispy on the outside, with a toasted brioche bun, and it has a really good supply of beers on tap. In choosing between this and Burger Joint (which is the same price), the choice was fairly obvious, and I think I went to the right place.

A few weeks ago we were in San Francisco airport and we were hungry so we decided to try this place for a hamburger . Of course everything is so expensive at the airport but it was worth every penny. The service was good also. The burger was cooked to perfection, very tasty, and at least 1/2 pound! Fries were good too.

Hello Cat Cora Team,I just wanted to stop by and write a compliment for David at your SFO airport location, Terminal 2. Your restaurant is always my favorite stop when flying and I always receive exceptional service but this time was so memorable. David made the best martini for me and my grilled cheese and tomato soup was delicious. We exchanged some laughs and good vibes before I took off. I even stopped by today on my return to grab another grilled cheese and to say hello to him again. Just wanted you to know how awesome he is.
