I visited Cavalli Cafe in San Francisco - North Beach, CA. It has a lot of things including the classic shows, original pictures, and others. My favorite juice was the orange juice. These streets are clean and beautiful in the luxury town and city of San Francisco - North Beach. I love San Francisco so much.

Cannoli is pretty fantastic. Service was ok. Great little cafe and sneak upstairs if you’re after some peace and quiet

Coffee until 11:00 p.m., that's an automatic win for me. Cavalli delivers exactly what they promise, it's all pretty good. And so far I've met only Espresso Experts behind the counter.

Prior to this visit I had possibly the best Cannoli I have ever had. Today we tried the Mille-Feuille (Napoleon Pastry). It was outstanding. Also tried the almond cookies. Outstanding also. I had a wonderful espresso and my friend had a latte with soy milk. Nice little place with room to sit upstairs and people watch on the busy corner below.

Nice spot with good drink and bakery options! Like others have said the patio is often occupied by people smoking and the bus stop right out front makes it rather busy. So head upstairs and enjoy the quieter view of the street below!

I’m not sure if I just don’t love cannoli or have never had a good one. This one was okay. I appreciate that it was filled upon ordering and the presentation was nice. $9 feels a little steep but oh well. I also got a strawberry smoothie and it was really good (but also a bit pricey).

We tried the tiramisu, cannoli, and espresso, and all were excellent. The cannoli was my favorite - the subtle hint of orange peel made it unforgettable.

Definitely a good cannoli. Smooth with a nice ricotta taste to it and the pistachio side was nice. 😋

Great coffee and bakery with delicious offerings of both.

They take card or cash - it’s amazing that so many paces only take cash.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Funky and welcoming vibe and a fun place to hang out.

I’ve been coming here for years. This is authentic, home made italian cannoli very high quality ingredients and the best tiramasu in your life. To the people who didn’t like the cannoli, maybe you are used to the fake non italian ones? The impression i got from the owner is that he is not in this business for the money, he is sharing his gift of pastry chef and foodie type guests can appreciate that. Any cafe is a service business as well so a nice greeting and smile from the staff is always appreciated, sets the vibe and makes you feel welcomed. I have only seen the owner, not sure about the other staff mentioned in the reviews.

Edit: ask if the Tiramisu is made fresh that morning I don’t recommend the one that is left over from the day before

It is open late which is a good move for this place because most other cafes serving up pastries are closed by this time. I went in on a whim because the place has a decent reputation. The cannolo I got was very good, it was plated beautifully and I enjoyed it very much. The iced coffee was excellent, perfectly made, and I also enjoyed it very much. The young ladies working there were friendly and overall the experience was good.

I was excited to go here but had a terrible experience on the phone so decided not to. I called ahead about my nut allergy to check if any of the desserts would be okay for me to eat and after waiting a long while for my call to be picked up, I was told to wait, transferred to another person, and then after explaining my question, I was hung up on! I waited in shock for someone to call me back, thinking it must have been a mistake, but no one ever did so it seems like they intentionally hung up on me. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place due to poor service and not being allergen-friendly.

I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt so maybe it’s better in person (I’m leaving a slightly dissatisfied 3 stars for now). Maybe there was a language barrier or something else. But I guess this just serves as a PSA that you’ll have to go in-person with any questions and you can’t depend on calling this place. If I decide to try in-person in the future, I’ll update my review.
