Me and my girlfriend went here and ate the pork and got extremely ill. I have never experienced such stomach discomfort after eating here in my life. My girlfriend was dizzy, puking and couldn’t leave the bed. I do not recommend eating here, and I say that because I care about others well being and I was borderline bed ridden for 3 days. Do not eat here.

I recently dined at Cha Cha Cha after several years and was quite disappointed with my experience. The quality of the food has gone downhill since my last visit. Most of the dishes we ordered were overcooked and greasy, making the meal unenjoyable. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality, but the food simply did not meet the mark and was not worth the expense.

I was blown away by the refreshing drinks—we had the mojito and paloma, both incredible! The food was just as impressive: ceviche, Cajun shrimp, ropa vieja, vaca frita, paella mixta, and jerk chicken. The portions were huge, and the flavors took me straight to the heart of Latin America.

Located in the Mission District, If you’re a lover of Caribbean cuisine, this is the place to be

A great atmosphere with amateur American music. The service was very friendly. The food: was great. We had a quesadilla with pork and a dish with bananas, pork meat and beans. Super tasty.
Toilets were clean also important.

We brought a birthday cake for our friend and the servers were so sweet and gracious about it. They added candles and brought it out for dessert to surprise her!

Met my family there since I’m visiting from out of state. I had a great experience! Food came out fast and good! Waiter was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Drinks came out great! Happy Hour on point. I enjoyed my time. Definitely will return great atmosphere. Staff on point.
Thank you!

Food is so good! Went on a quiet night but it’s big place with a huge bar. Everything was delicious and the drinks were tasty. Loved the warm spinach salad.

I recently dined at Cha Cha Cha and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly.

The jerk chicken were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The seafood platter was fresh and tasty, with great sides like plantains and rice and beans.

Got order to go and was given burnt potatoes. Nobody would eat that at a restaurant. Does the kitchen not look when packing the order?? Also the chicken in jerk chicken was extremely dry and stale. This experience ruined one of my favorite restaurants for me. Very disappointed!!

I haven’t been here in years. I was disappointed by the terrible service. The music was night club LOUD. I took my cousin there and we couldn’t hear each other speak. The spinach empanadas lacked flavor and the fried calamari was loaded with grease. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. (Go to Lolo’s, they are exceptional tapas bar restaurant ?)
