I normally order the wings, warm Spinach salad, new style potatoes, chicken pallard, and the beans and rice. This visit was a short visit and I was alone and discovered the arroz con pollo. That's going to be my new favorite. It has plenty of chicken, peppers, olives and comes with beans as well!! Yaaasss!!! The white sangria on this evening quenched my thirst.

Stumbled in on opening night. Wonderful service. The food was delicious. The orders were bigger than we expected (definitely over ordered) but everything tasted great. Looking forward to returning.

We went here with friends after a long conference day. Everything was great! Service and food was amazing. The decor inside is very interesting. This spot on mission is just reopened, I am looking forward to visiting again.

My wife has been raving about the Haight St. location for some time now. Luckily we were in town for a Concert. Best decision of the day. Food was amazing and the service was A+.

Great service and flavors! Enjoyed the drink selections. Sketchy area with limited parking but great food.

It's been 10 years since I have been to a Cha Cha Cha's. I was looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by a few things. I had the Cajun Shrimp which was good but there was only 4 shrimps. It wasn't too spicy & had the right amount of creaminess. The bread was super tough to eat. The calamari was good BUT we found a hair in it. It was gross. They apologized & offered another dish but we didn't want anything after this. We also ordered the mushrooms which was the best thing we had. It was cooked right & the sauce was just perfect. We had additional guests, gnats & a cockroach. There were tiny flies around our table. It was gross. But the part that takes the cake was the roach that crawled across our table. When we talked to the manager they didn't even comp our meal. They gave us a discount & removed the calamari. The server was apologetic but it was unacceptable.

I recently visit Cha Cha Cha and It was not the flavor as I remember it to be when we can a few years back. I normally recommend to others the Cajun shrimp but the sauce seemed off. It didn't didn't have the authentic flavor.

I come here every time we go to San Francisco. The here is amazing!!!!! The shrimp appetizer is delicious and we actually ate some food when we were here. Keep in mind it is a bit dark and a bit loud but if you are there to get the vibe and get some drinks- totally worth it. I come here every time and am always satisfied and happy.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We reserved for 8 and only 2 of us were there and it was also a Friday at 7pm. Rest of the group came but 2 of our group flaked and we were still able to keep our table. We weren't being sly about it and notified them and they said it was all good. The tapas were all pretty good and fat in portion. Order the sangria and have a good time. I would say that this place might be on the more expensive end of tapas but then again it's inflation so get over it. It's a bit dim inside so not sure on y'all vibe or care about that. The tables and booth got that old Applebees vibe to it where the wood tables are a bit used and wiped down recently. Honestly if you care this much about the setting over the tapas, then you're an idiot. Tapas, sangria, chill with a group.

Surprisingly we didn't wait to be seated on a Friday evening at 6pm. And the food came out pretty soon. We ordered a mojito and a sangria, which were both pretty nice. The Cajun shrimp was really flavorful that we almost finished all the sauce. Sautéed mushroom was another favorite! The price was decent and service was solid. Really like this place!

Came here with a group of friends. We enjoyed our time there and the food was really good. I wish I would've taken some pictures of the food. I would definitely come back here again!! Nothing really bad to say! To this place! You won't be mad you did!

COCKROACHES!!!!!!! I SAW 3 WHILE I WAS EATING DINNER!!!! One passed my plate on my TABLE while I was eating! The waiter noticed what I saw and he didn't say anything and just tried to bribe us with more sangria. Then when we saw TWO more and we ended up killing one! We showed the waiter that we killed and found a cockroach and he said "what do you want? I already gave you a free refill on your sangria". Never in my life have I been this disappointed and disgusted with an establishment. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT EXTRA ROACH PROTEIN IN YOUR FOOD!!
