Very bad people, today I saw how they treated a delivery man badly just for indicating that the order was delayed, the attention was good, but we all deserve respect... That is the delivery man's job and must be respected

Chang’s Kitchen is a hidden gem in San Francisco! Delicious food at an insane value — I highly recommend bringing some friends and splitting the family style combos, which comes out to about $20 per person for an ENORMOUS amount of food.
We got the Cantonese Dinner which had classic fried rice and sweet and sour pork, along with honey walnut shrimp (sooooo good), spring rolls, soup, and more! The fried chicken wings were perfectly crispy too. And the workers are very kind ☺️ Will definitely be back!

The Beijing beef was soggy when it arrived, wouldn't try this again but I might come back to try their dry fried chicken
Delicious takeout food!
Loved eating at Chang’s Kitchen! They just renovated and everything inside looks really nice and clean. I enjoyed the wings, salty fish chow fan, and curry noodles. Highly recommend! This is a family owned restaurant and you can see how hard working all the staff are. Service is excellent and I would come here to eat again with my friends :)
We opened a whole spread from the menu and we were far from disappointed. The orange chicken we voted the best orange chicken we have ever had. Each dish though from the salmon, halibut, Chinese broccoli, fried rice, their fried chicken, honey chicken etc was incredibly flavored. Staff was attentive, welcoming and attentive, definitely will be going back. (Even though tofu dish was great) ah yum

I was so ecstatic and elated to try this fantastic restaurant after hearing about their grand re-opening!! I love how spacious and welcoming the atmosphere feel and how robust and plentiful the menu options are. We ordered a delicious array of dishes from soup to fried rice to veggie and protein entrees! The food came out so quickly, and I was absolutely touched by the personable service and how exuberant Jenny is. I loved how savory and filling everything was without feeling excessive or bloated by the end of the meal. Portions are super generous and perfect for a delightful time with loved ones! I am already extremely eager to be back and to try more menu items and to introduce more people to this spectacular restaurant :)) Thank you so much Jenny for treating us with the most glowing hospitality and culinary experience! I'll be back soon ❤️

Nice to see Chang's reopen after the fire a year+ ago. Food is solid and the prices reasonable. Food came out quickly and very hot. Service is friendly and prompt. Very clean restaurant as well. Definitely recommend for a casual Chinese meal. Chicken wings and the spinach were very good.

This place is very good. The rating should be 4.3. In general foods are excellent but some are better than others. I highly recommend Jung Pao Chicken, Dry fried chicken wings, Salt and pepper wings, Salted fish, shredded pork egg plants, Sautéed string beans, Dried scallop egg white fried rice, Beef chow fun with black bean sauce, Curry chicken, Deep fried sole, and Hot and sour soup (the best). I haven’t tried most of the food but I’m sure it will meet my expectations. Give it a try.
Servers are friendly, the dining room is clean and roomy. Most of all, the bathrooms are clean and one of best among Chinese restaurants.

I found this place on Yelp 6 years ago. It’s my go to when I’m in San Francisco. They give big portions, a bit pricey $45 for 3 black “tupperware” plates but it’s good to feed 4+. I love the spicy beef chow mein, I think I used to get the Mongolian beef that one was super spicy, but I liked it. Pictures are the shrimp fried rice, spicy beef chow mein.

Delicious. My first time at this neighborhood staple that reopened in April. It had been closed for more than a year due to a fire that damaged the building and part of the restaurant below.
I ordered two of my all-time faves -- beef chow fun w/black beans and chicken and salted fish fried rice -- both of which had intense wok hei flavor and aroma. Pictures of popular dishes are along the walls in the well-spaced dining room. Menu has a lot of familiar Cantonese dishes and other specialties that I want to try. There are several banquet tables and the dishes are family-sized to share. Service is kind and helpful.
The owner said Chang's has been on Irving Street about 10 years. Before that, they were on Market Street near 11th, also about 10 years, until rents rapidly rose.
