In all honesty, we had a great experience. Service, ambience, view, and paella was amazing, probably the best I've ever had. My Wife is a big paella critic, and she said it was amazing as well. We will definitely be back to check out the evening rooftop seen. ???

We went to Charmaine's for their Paella and Rose Lunch promo. Rose was fine, but minimum $16/glass. Paella was very disappointing: mussels were not open, chicken pieces had hard cartilage, half of the shrimp still had the shell on, and the flavor was just bland overall. We will not be going back and I would not recommend this overhyped lounge.

It was lovely, the gentleman that helped our table was very attentive and the food was delicious! Such a sweet surprise! Def highly recommend. Just have your antenna up on the way over the neighborhood is not the nicest in the city.

They shouldn't offer a 2:30p reservation when the kitchen closes at 2:30p. The paella might have been good if it was hot ?. I'll try it again at an earlier time. The location is beautiful - expect a pricey valet or a 3 block walk to the closest lot.

Beautiful atmosphere, ambiance, and vibes. The staff was beyond friendly and so kind. I celebrated my 25th birthday here and loved every second of it. The drinks were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make my day special. Would recommend this rooftop to everyone!

As a young woman, I would not recommend coming here at night. The area surrounding the hotel is very unsafe, uncomfortable, and sad. Nothing bad to say about the rooftop itself and I hope the city gets better, but at least be warned!
I’ve been here 3-4x in the last few years, and I always think the experience will be better than what actually occurs, although very good views and drinks.The two-top tables are too small for both drinks and plates. Service is okay- not great. The servers do not seem to care about special celebrations. A 20% gratuity is added to the bill anyway so they’re not incentivized to provide better customer service. You are charged $5 per person to make a reservation which is not refunded back to the bill. Would come here once, but there’s so many other great cocktail bars w great service that I’d visit for a special occasion.

Wait time cab be around 30mins minimum. so be early if you want to take a nice spot. Loved the Japanese cheese cake , the other chocolate dessert was little bitter so didn’t like it.Vegetarian options: less veg options
