Nice tea store with friendly workers but $25 for 30 g of matcha powder is a bit steep
Lovely shop, staff knowledgable and helpful. They give brewing instructions with their tea both hot and cold which is really helpful!
This is still my FAVORITE Japanese tea shop. They have the best quality loose teas, beautiful handmade tea cups & sets, tea accessories, so many cute cat items, and it’s the perfect place to buy gifts. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
What an amazing store. Our high schooler went there while on a field trip to Japan Town. He bought a tea cup. Unfortunately it broke on the train. He was disappointed. I called the store to order a new one. Not only did they ship us a new one. They didn't charge us a penny. Bless their heart for their kindness
Friendliest staff ever. Amazing Japanese tea selection.
Ordered on line I'm in the Vallejo benicia area just moved out of SF this is my go-to. I would never ever buy any other type of green tea with brown rice or any type of tea unless it's coming from CHATO. I love the packaging. I love that it's from Japan. I love the humidity in Japan is made for tea is delicious. I am sleeping cup right now. Thanks guys. Keep your business driving. I'm a love lifelong customer. I don't drink coffee. I just drink tea and it's just enough for me. MATCHA GenMachia ?????️?️???????⭐⭐?

Beautiful tea shop and wonderful staff
Cute and intimate shop selling teas, tea pots, tea cups and anything related to teas. Located on the upper level of the Kinokuniya Building. I purchased two tea cups with the Japanese cat for my sister as gifts. It was wrapped nicely in tissue paper. I think she likes them. They are pricey but well made.Great place to shop for house warming gifts and tea lovers.
This location is inside Kinokuniya billing 2 F.I stopped by beautiful tea shop, all staff are Japanese. So I can speak with them in Japanese. How convenient for me!I bought Shin-cha (Yame-Sencha) from my home town Fukuoka.Taste like crisps, light and delicious aroma.
A small store with a selection of tea, tea wares and accessories. Catering for the Japanese tea crowd, much of there wares could also do nicely for Chinese tea services.
Great tea selection and friendly staff
