This is still my FAVORITE Japanese tea shop. They have the best quality loose teas, beautiful handmade tea cups & sets, tea accessories, so many cute cat items, and it’s the perfect place to buy gifts. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

What an amazing store. Our high schooler went there while on a field trip to Japan Town. He bought a tea cup. Unfortunately it broke on the train. He was disappointed. I called the store to order a new one. Not only did they ship us a new one. They didn't charge us a penny. Bless their heart for their kindness

Ordered on line I'm in the Vallejo benicia area just moved out of SF this is my go-to. I would never ever buy any other type of green tea with brown rice or any type of tea unless it's coming from CHATO. I love the packaging. I love that it's from Japan.
