Expensive for the size and not better than other cheesecakes. Nothing special. The cashier was friendly though.

$30 for 3 small cheesecake and bad and poor customer service and extra attitude. No thank you for next time. I don't recommend at all if you have to buy at ferry building store. Don't go there!

The cheesequakes are good, but the woman has poor customer service. She was not friendly, didn’t explain the choices and was unwelcoming. For $8 for one and $21 for a 6 inch maybe she can have a better attitude.
Amazingly amazing! So fresh and melts in your mouth ! The pumpkin and OG cheesecake so good! But the snickerdoodle is by far the BEST!
This is my 2nd time visiting this place. The 1st time, I didn't buy anything because the Asian lady behind the counter is super cold and not helpful at all. So I was thinking why waste money on a super cold person.2nd time, I met Ted, he's super humorous and super helpful. I just ask Ted to choose for me his favorite flavors. & OMG it's so good. At first, I thought it was going to be the same as any other cheesecakes. But when I was eating the original Trio cheesequakes, I was blown away. It's so amazing that I ate all 3 of them with a cup of Joe.I highly recommend it.Btw, I haven't tried Mango.Ted said it's seasonal and his favorite, will go back for more.
Delicious little cheesecakes! I got the triple berry and loved it. It wasn't super sweet which was perfect.

I've come here a few times. Both the gentleman and the woman have been rude and cold. A couple times the card reader didn't work and I didn't have cash. At that point they didn't accept apple pay either. Usually the consistency and taste of the cheesecakes are excellent. They are very expensive for what you get. This past time, I opened the trio immediately (no help from the woman), the cheese cake was soft to the point of being mushy. Any other business, I would have returned it. I didn't, just because I didn't want to deal with the woman and her attitude.
Visited here last week while on family vacation. The first thing I have to say is the price — for each tiny little cheesecake about the size of your palm (you can see my finger there in the picture for comparison), it's $10 before tax, which I honestly found to be a bit egregious. This is definitely a specialty dessert for those looking to splurge/treat themselves for one day.I tried two flavors: strawberry swirl and mango, the latter being a seasonal flavor. I was honestly not too impressed by the strawberry swirl flavor. By regular cheesecake standards, it fit the bill, but because it was so expensive, I expected to be blown away, not just average. I would not buy this again, you're better off just getting a cheesecake from your local grocery store like Safeway; it'd pretty must be exactly the same. However, I was in fact blown away by the mango cheesecake. It was rich, decadent, and creamy yet refreshing! The mango flavor was so strong but not artificial. Like others have said, it was more reminiscent of a mousse. Genuinely the best cheesecake I have ever tried. I savored every bite.Took off one star because the prices are a bit crazy (though I think that's just a SF thing that everything is outrageously priced). In my experience the customer service was fine, I had an elderly gentleman as my cashier and had nothing bad to say, so I think it just depends on when you go and who's on duty – not everyone is so bad.

Bad customer service.
Incredible cheesecake! I do agree with others that customer service could be better. The cashier was quite rude when I asked for recommendations.
Cheesecake was really good and the employee was really nice with us.
best cheese cake ive ever had and the most friendly service. the handmade graham cracker bottom is amazing
Card machine didn’t work despite having money. The lady didn’t seem interested in helping with poor attitude so decided not to bother in the end
