Very uncomfortable, unprofessional, I got sick The very next day. And they Couldn't get my order right both times. It's not fair to be Welcomed To One Of my Favorite Cultural dishes Asian cuisine and it's not what I imagined it to be. Honestly I would Go to Cambodian street food In Oakland,ca. It's a drive but Worth it... Happy New Years

Great food! Service was good. Theycould do a little better with the table cleaning and decor which would really elevate the experience. Seems like most folks were getting take out. The food was delicious and that's the most important thing to me.

As a Chinese customer, I sincerely suggest to the owner that this restaurant needs significant improvements in both its food and service. The style of the food is quite American, which does not match its price. I ordered a fried rice and a soup. The fried rice was acceptable, but the soup was extremely unpleasant. I didn’t even finish it. When I was about to take a break and check my phone, the staff unexpectedly urged me to eat quickly. I really don’t understand this behavior. In short, I hope this restaurant can make changes and improve their food and service.

Very good lunch specials. Their food is consistently good and the prices are really good. Most times, I get tea with my lunch special. Even when I get a coke, my bill is only $15, including a $2 tip.Highly recommended, and will continue to return to enjoy the items on the lunch special menu. They close at 3pm Monday through Saturday. They are closed on Sundays. Please be patient with the staff and remember to tip kindly...

This is a mystery place that looks super old with really good affordable Chinese food but no one except locals seem to go to. Anything fried, they do exceptionally really really well. Their fried rice is top quality and their ingredients are fresh. You can tell everything is freshly made. Ok so the dine in experience isn't the best. Their rundown indoor and table almost look like it could be dirty but they are not. You get a fresh pot of tea even if you dine alone and not many places in SF you can dine in for lunch under $15 that actually has food you want to eat. Oh forgot to mention their chili oil. Don't know it's in house or bought but it's so good. Not brunt and clear deep red with just the right amount of heat and flavor. Recommend.

We came here because our regular place was closed. Glad we did, it had been years. The food was very clean, minimal oil used so flavors really came out. Nothing fancy just solid Chinese American fare. We had WalnutShrimp, and Vegetable Fried Rice. Cash only!

Unscrupulous boss
CYC senior meals are served here
The lunch I received yesterday was fried rice with minced pork cubes.
More food than anything else,
Elderly people often suffer from high blood sugar!
Fried noodles are better

There is nothing special about Hunan cuisine!

There are also few eggs
Thirty lunch boxes, the profit is really good
CYC should also consider switching to other hotels

Zhu, beef and shrimp must be good

Cash-only Excelsior sit-down Chinese restaurant that offers huge portions for their lunch and dinner entrees at a fraction of usual city prices. My buddy and I got their lunch portion chicken fried rice, the General’s chicken, and two beers for only $28! The food came out quickly, the server was nice and quick and the food was really good! Bring your cash and an appetite.
