We are on a quick trip to San Francisco and wanted to drop by a local joint for lunch. We picked this place at random and are soooo glad we did. It has such a casual vibe and the food is amazing. It's very friendly and down to earth and feels like you're stopping by a friend's place to eat. We couldn't make up our mind, so we ordered burgers and pancakes. 10/10, would definitely come back.

I walk in, sit down to no acknowledgment. People tapping counter waiting to order. Person comes and sits next to me. Waitress immediately gives her menu, takes everyones order. Completely ignores me. I have to stop her to even get a menu i quickly decide and say im ready to order. Im ignored. I wait, everyone gets their drinks, im ignored again. I got up and left. Im disappointed and hungry. Don’t know why I was ignored.
