The braised tofu party tray was very good the last time we had it at a party. But the latest one is not as good. The braised tofu wasn't as tasty and it was loaded with big bok choy instead of button mushrooms like I was told when ordering. Way too much sauce. Won't be getting it again.

The roasted duck is probably one of the best in the Bay Area.

Bought BBQ pork and cuttlefish at Cheung Hing on 1/20/26. The pork was pink on the inside, which made me think it's undercooked; the cooked portions were bland and chewy. I threw it out just to be safe, and wasted my money. The cuttlefish tasted old and the texture was too soft. Very disappointing. I hope I'll remember not to buy from them again. (I know I sometimes forget my mistakes about restaurants.)

Nothing at all like the website - very different food options from the online menu. Things like egg rolls were only avaliable for catering. If you like authentic pig hooves and chicken feet this is for you. A little too authentic for my taste. It appeared to be take out only.

This place is a scam. I purchased a roasted pig for our Thanksgiving gathering, and they removed the good cuts of meat and replaced them with dry, leftover pieces. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from this place.

This place has changed many owners in last decade or so. It used to be one of the best in the city with long lines of customers, always fresh and delicious food, and reasonable price. All of this is a history now. Food is not delicious or fresh anymore. Be ready to find a faull smely shrimp in your rice or noodle dish, or soy sauce chicken that spoils overnight in your fridge. Long lines are gone. Prices are high, but to be fair they are high everywhere. Unfortunately, one more formerly great place is gone, at least for me.

I’ve been buying food here since they first opened decades ago. I can tell you they’ve gone completely downhill the last few years. Went there yesterday to try again after a couple of recent unsatisfactory purchases to see if it was really trending down. It certainly is! At 1:00, the had no BBQ pork. Told me more would be ready in 5 minutes. Turned out to be a 1/2 an hour wait. Instead of a rack of BBQ pork coming out of the kitchen like the old days, a pan with about 2 pounds came out. I asked for 1-1/2 pounds of lean pork and the guy just grabbed the bigger piece that was all jiggly (not lean) and assured me it was lean. Of course when I got home

This is the place to get duck! Ribs, roast pork, all delicious. Fast and efficient service, thank you!

A lot of locals say this place has the best Hong Kong style barbecue meats in the city, that is when I had to make a visit and see for myself. Upon arrival, the lines was out of the door and that kept me wondering to see if what they did was true. That was not really the case because they just had one person chopping for all the customers. Also the store is very compact, so not much people can just wait inside to crowd the whole place up. They offer roast duck, chicken, soy sauce chicken, chau siu, roast pork, wok fresh items and much more. They used to have dine in, but after Covid they removed that option and it is strictly for to go now. When it was my turn to order, I just went with my normal go to which is roast duck, because if you mess that up then no need of a revisit. The skin was semi crispy, meat was slightly warm and a lot of fat than meat ratio. To conclude people’s opinions and facts, this is definitely not the best Hong Kong barbecue shop in the city. I know where the best one is and most people agree with my option. I do have to say the staffs here were welcoming and well trained which made my visit an issue free one. I recommend this place if you are in need of a quick bite, to anyone on a limited time or if you live nearby. I might be back in the future to tryout the other options they have to offer.

When I asked if they sell half a pound, they said yes. But when I was about to pay, they suddenly said the minimum is $9 for this type of box.
Such dishonesty. I even wonder if they properly pay taxes to the government, since they only accept cash.
Who would want to eat something like what’s shown in the picture? I threw it all away as soon as I got home.
I won’t be setting foot in this shop again. Thanks!
