Absolutely amazing. I had the bacon, egg and cheese croissant with jalapenos added. Absolutely delicious. Service is quick and the customer service is amazing. I saw the Chinese food and I'm highly intrigued and definitely want to try it. One day. So this is been incredible.

1. No roast milk tea (they made rose milk tea). They charge $6.50 for a powder-made garbage after the fact (see it says $5-$7).

2. Became more stingy with smaller container box. Fried rice was bland, chow mein became less flavorful. Broccoli beef is fine.

3. If they have change the owner or chef, then they have certainly became worse. I would give them a 3* before.

4. Random person occupied a table for 4 and sleep there.

Can’t speak to the doughnuts and chinese takeout, but the bahn mi we had were exquisite. Perfect bread, flawless shredded quick pickles, a great blend of fresh herbs and the spicy beef and spicy pork pack a nice amount of punch. So impressed!

Just yes. No glam, no scam, honest and great atmosphere. No annoying yuppies and no matcha latte. 10/10

This is a great place, the new ownership is cleaning up and organizing the facility. Window panels have been clean up and graffiti has been removed. Painting in the interior and exterior, in addition to new flooring and restroom remodeling. Again, the food is great and the price is reasonable. I was informed that Banh Mi will be served, along with Boba Tea & Smoothie. I loved it, please experience it for yourself.

I give this place a solid 4 star. I stopped by to grab some quick Chinese food a while back, but apparently now it’s under new manage. I noticed that they have more variety, to fresher donuts, boba, and even Dubai chocolate desserts. This place is booming. 👍

This place was a nightmare, it was dirty, disgusting and unpleasant. We went in there and bought the raspberry Danish and the price was listed as 2.50 yet they charged us 3.50 for a soggy low quality Danish that probably was bought at a corner store. The store was dirty and they overcharged us. No.

Excellent cheap Chinese food!!

Good grab and go Chinese food. Also a good place for a morning doughnut. I recommend the Teriyaki Chicken and Chow Mein.
