For the price, the portions are tiny, the taste isn't as authentic, and the menu isn't anything innovative.

Food, drinks, and service were good but be warned, they automatically add 20% tip and 5% surcharge to the bill.

Just absolutely mid restaurant. Food was incredibly mediocre for the portion sizes and price point. Food came out at inconsistent temperatures, and the seasoning level was all over the place. Extremely disappointing. Not worth the hype at all.

Our first time at this restaurant, wow just wow!! Things on the menus are slightly different from the UK so with this in mind we ordered a few different kinds of dishes and we shared everything!! We were a party of 6 and was very impressed, the food was fresh, flavoursome and delicious, we all said it was the best Chinese food we have ever tasted , fabulous meal! We just loved the whole vibe of the restaurant.
Everything was so good until the end. My husband asked the server to take a photo for us and he told my husband “get someone else to do it” we were so confused. Like what even happened
Staff was very nice, food was good but not « wow! » and it was very noisy. Don't regret our decision but might try somewhere else next time...
An incredible meal, excellent service and the perfect venue to celebrate a special birthday. Thank you!

We thought it was overpriced. They do add an additional 20 percent service charge and another 5 percent for kitchen maybe. So, extra 25% on what is already overpriced. We had the duck which is served in a sesame bun. Do see what they're trying to do but prefer it the usual way. A little too much attempt to stand out and be different and you pay for that. We wanted to try somewhere new and will now go back to our tried and true.
Food was good and fresh. Green beans were a great dish. Service was very, very slow. And then a 20% service charge. I'm guessing that had something to do with the effort.
Food was a big meh for me, signature dumpling wrappers overly thick and mushy, kung pao chicken so so and dry, chili dungeness was excellent. service was great. i'll eat at r&g next time though.
Service was A+. Attentively provided, did not have to ask for anything. Our tea pot was refilled 3 times, never needed to ask. Our server suggested we drop a dish from our order since we might have overordered. She was correct. Our bill came on time without having to request or wait. Refills of tea were complimentary. Food was surprisingly good. The only failure was the Sheng Jian Bao. It was not flavorful and only barely warm. All other dishes were served as expected. Our favorite was the HK fried egg noodles. Perfectly spiced and cooked. For us the price was not $30 or less per person as suggested at the beginning of the description above but almost $50 per person including mandatory service charge of $20 for the server (tip) for our group of 4 and tax and the additional amount for ee health and welfare (5%). Parking can be tough but there are garages nearby that can help. All in all we will return to enjoy this hospitality again.
Grea customer service! Foo was delicious, all dishes were great. I would say the chicken go kung pao could have been cut just a bit smaller.
