Horrible service, non fresh meat and other foods, had a string hair in my steak bowl. Overall horrible. There are many other Chipotles in SF than the one on Jefferson near the Pier. Never recommend this spot.!

worst customer service experience i have ever had. i had never been to chipotle and was a very excited australian tourist to see they had one down the road from the hotel. when i walked in there, everything was dirty from the dining tables to the food prep bench and the staff were all incredibly rude. when i was ordering, i was unfamiliar with some of the ingredients so asked what they were and was laughed at by the staff. it looked like all the ingredients had been sitting there for multiple hours and they were all dry and crusty. then when i was paying, the lady with the very long fake eyelashes and nails was incredibly rude to my mum and i. we both saw the same treatment given to other customers who were obviously not happy either. would not recommend :(

Food was tasty and staff was professional and friendly. I would give it a 5 star but I disagree the cost of the avocado/guacamole, especially if you are ordering 'EVERYTHING' on your taco and the serving is a tablespoon size-which should not be case if you are paying practically $3.00 for a tablespoon serving! Please inform the staff to warn people that there is an additional charge for avocado/guacamole tablespoon size portion!

We love Chipotle & sad to say that while visiting SF we ate here. The young server was scraping the bin for the last bits of pico. It was barely enough to cover one of the 3 bowls I ordered. And then when I asked for lettuce, she started scraping the bin, too. She stood there looking at me and said "guess we're out?" She said it as a question. Completely clueless. I saw 3 people working in the back. How about you walk back and ask? How about telling a customer that you are out of ingredients before they start an order? Why don't you scrape the bin for some common sense.....

Online order yesterday they forgot my steak in my STEAK BOWL We get online orders fairly often from this location (once a week) since we live a few blocks away. The portions range from half the bowl filled to hardly being able to close the lid. Sometimes it is spicy even though the salsa is mild. Sometimes rice is super hard like almost uncooked. Sometimes the meat is so hard or it's super chewy. You never know what you're gonna get. Why is it so difficult to get these orders right.
Staff here is very professional. Very polite. Online orders are always on time. Portion is always perfect. Possibly the best chipotle in this world!!!

Stopped there today around 8pm after a long bike ride. Everyone was awesome EXCEPT for a girl working there with a nasty deranged attitude. She greeted me by saying "hands off the glass", without at least a please . This individual was not only being disrespectful to clients but also to her coworkers whom I felt sorry for as they all had really great attitudes. She was provoking her coworkers with a deranged face and attitude acting like a smart arse psychopath. She did not have a name tag but she is the heavy set girl with the earing on her nose that was blocking the soda fountain for long periods of time and telling clients that the soda machine did not work while at the same time drinking sodas like there was no tomorrow, she even went to ask a coworker who was busy working in the back to come fix it even though there was nothing wrong with the soda machine/ her coworker told her (3 times) that she was being very disrespectful but she continued with her deranged attitude. I would not have bothered writing this review but I felt sorry for the young folks who work there as they were all working hard and had really awesome attitudes and you could tell how uncomfortable they were with their deranged coworker's attitude. I took out one star to get attention to the review.
