I usually don’t write reviews, but this was ridiculous.
I went to this Chipotle around 9:20–9:30 PM on December 11, and I stood at the counter for a good five minutes. I said “hello” multiple times. Not a single employee even bothered to look up. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. They all just ignored me like I wasn’t even there.
If you don’t want customers, just say that.
This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle.

I will drive past this location as well as the Geary location to go to a functioning Chipotle. At both locations employees do their best to not look at you and wait for someone else to do something. Its actually shocking

I will not be coming back as 1:30 before closing they said bathrooms are closed and we are purchasing customers. Specially after a long day of working at night

I ordered a kid’s quesadilla online. When I came to pick it up, it took the person cashiering a while to get to me to give me my order. My order itself, the kid’s quesadilla didn’t have cheese, it was two tortillas, no cheese, and it was missing the third side. I’m very disappointed.

3/5 for the portions you get in a bowl. Ordered a chicken bowl, the bowl was not even half filled. Could have gone for extra protein and got the normal chicken bowl you get at other Chipotle.
Otherwise, the food was good and the staff were polite.

I love getting my bowl and the workers are kind. I definitely love getting my bowls before my lectures or classes because as a full time student sometimes it gets hard but they actually value you and your vouchers . Dining in out out is nice but be aware of rush hours .

I visited today at 5:30pm and honestly this is one of the worst chipotles I’ve visited ever.

The workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. Required multiple reminders for things that were asking for. A 10+ minute wait to get a tortilla that was asked while ordering.

On top of that, the food was poorly prepared and generally gross for Chipotle’s standards.

It pains me to have to write this review. I really didn’t want to do it but as a reviewer, I have to. It’s who I am. I’ve been to this location a few times and at least three times I have been disappointed. I went at 12:00 during the day, peak lunch time and they didn’t have any meat other than pork. I went at dinner and they had one person taking care of at least 20 people waiting in line. They also didn’t have chicken or steak at that time. They are either understaffed or don’t have the meats or any food during important times. I feel betrayed because I love this spot and chipotle. Man. This is the greatest pain a reviewer has to face. Seeing a place you love and want to succeed not come through when you need them to. I’m sorry chipotle, not even chipotle but this spot in particular. You have to do better. I will redo a review if I feel necessary but for the time being, I stand by this review. I didn’t want to do it but I have to be truthful. It’s my job. And it’s your job, chipotle, to turn this establishment around.
