it was kinda dirty. i waited in line for a while, until an employee told me that they were only taking online orders. i ordered a white rice bowl with guacamole online, but when i got it, there was no guacamole. they could’ve marked it as unavailable online or told me in-person. i didn’t even get my money for it back… at least the food was good tho

The most unorganized chipotle I’ve ever seen. 10 people working and only one actually making orders AND manning the register. Don’t go here unless you love being disappointed.

There were about 10 people working while only 1 was taking orders. The ONE that was making the orders literally rubbed the snot off of his nose with the glove he was using. When we finally were about to get helped they said there were no more veggies and that they would be out for a few more hours. How hard is it to make veggies with that many people working??

Place was dirty from the time you opened door and stepped in to trying to get out ASAP.
The food was all across the assembly section, food scattered across the floor, the drink machine area was messy, utensils were out, the trach bins were over flowing so much we did not want to sit at the window beach in fear of stepping onto trash...the tables were full of left over food from previous patrons....it was pure chaos. We ordered the food TO GO.

I visited a half hour before closing and was happy to see all of the options were well stocked. I got a delicious meal to go and the service was super friendly.

What is wrong with this location... I tried to surprise my daughter (who loves Chipotle) with delivery from here. They missed up every single entree.

Kids meal with chicken - they substituted honey chicken and forgot the chocolate milk. Kid hated it and barely touched it.

Tacos with chicken. They again substitute honey chicken. This was for my wife and she's allergic to honey so she couldn't eat it

Chicken bowl - they completely left this one out - so my older daughter gets to eat last nights leftover (she didn't like the honey chicken either)

Steak burrito - they put in mostly rice and carnitas at the bottom instead of beef - I didn't ask for a rice burrito (or a carnitas burrito)

Like..how??? Every single item was wrong!

We love Chipotle but this location needs work .

Sarita & Tevon gave me the sweetest, nicest 5 Star service. The atmosphere here is also nice with great neighborhood mall and amazing people.

Unfortunately, if you do your research, if true, chipoltle pre cooks the food at a national kitchen, pre cooked via sous vide type method in plastic bags before distributing nationwide to their stores. At the retail level, the staff reheats your food in plastic bags. If you are there when the food trays run out, you can see this is true, they bring out the new food hot in plastic bags.

They say online, independant food testing Chipoltle has tested very high for microplastics & phalates aka carcinogenic exposure. With the rise of cancer atributed to our poisoned food supply which allows chemicals banned in europe, canada, other countries, it is recommended to be cautious of microplastics in our food and drinks, water etc..

I really like Chipoltle however, after seeing them emptying the fresh food out of hot plastic bags, this is very unhealthy.

The most anemic portions! I have always ordered the same salad bowl, and I tried this location for the first time. Boy was I surprised by what I received! The salad was seriously lacking in the meat department unlike any other salads I’ve ordered before. Never again.

I ordered 4 steak protein bowl online. When I came home to have dinner with my family, the 4 steak protein bowls that we ordered had almost no meat and just rice. We paid $75 for pretty much rice only. It looks like they had no steak left and so a scoop of the steak was divided to my 4 steak bowls. It was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Customer be very careful ordering online. This chipotle will cheat and not give meat.

This chipotle hella skimps! They give the sorriest excuse of portions. I even asked for a little bit extra and they gave me one more piece of chicken. Pathetic. The portions are wack. Just make the extra trip to stonestown or westlake.

I got the tacos with brisket and it was fantastic. The spices were perfection. Short line but the atmosphere wasn’t great.
