It was very awfull. I loved chipotle when i was in new york but this time something happened. A lot of homeles entered and the place started to smell. And then the water i guess wasn't clean at all. I thought I would get sick but fortunately I'm mexican and this water seems not bad only have very bad taste. I hated the experience.

Today they made me a mini sized burrito and tried to convince me that it was normal sized. I asked for rice, beans, meat, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. At other chipotle's they have issues trying to brap the burrito, here they made it so small. Then they tried to convince me that it was MY FAULT that it was so small. They told me that once they wrap up the burrito that is it and I am stuck with what size it is. They told me that it is my responsibility to speak up if they are not putting enough in my burrito, so it is my fault that the burrito was small. They would not make me another burrito but after I compared it to others being made, they begrudgingly agreed to give me a refund. I don't have big hands and the receipt was bigger than the burrito!

My partner and I love chipotle! But this was a BIG disappointment. The place is filthy, its not hard to wipe down surfaces and sweep the floor occasionally. The food was ok but I had to close my eyes to the environment around me.
What happened to standards chipotle????

They ran out of white rice, corn salsa, and lettuce. I felt like employees were able to prepare more, but were too lazy to. The food was also cold and flavorless, which is odd since no chipotle i've been to doesn't season their food. The guac was just smashed avocado, no lime, no onions, or salt. The trash cans were completely stuffed to the point there was trash overflowing and on the floor, and there were many homeless people digging through the trash cans eating the thrown out food. Very sad.
I was hungry, I wanted to try this food, I felt that even when I was hungry I couldn't eat comfortably, the tortilla in my burrito looked like old leather, the green sauce was brown, an offense to Mexican culture, the people at the counter were a little rude and the place was dirty, I wouldn't go back

Ordered chicken bowl. Got a beef bowl. Can’t have it as I am a Hindu. Had to throw the whole bowl and they just gave points to add extra chicken on next order as they consider chicken as missing item. Had to sleep without eating today all thanks to chipotle.

Dining area is a big mess and just disgusting. If you want to keep your appetite don’t go there. Toilets are as well disgusting. Everything is dirty and wet. Also there are a lot of sketchy people who throw stuff trough the restaurant and just bother everyone.
