The worst Chipotle I've been to. Terrible customer service. Avoid the extra high prices (given the location) and get something else in the area. They clearly don't know enough about their own company or products here.

The food was ok. Portions alright, but I kept having to tell the lady to not put things into my bowl. She kept getting confused when I would just say, “lettuce”. On top of that I was going to dine in. But the dining room was a MESS. Food all over most tables. Trash all over the floor. It was disgusting and made me just go home to eat. I only took a few pics as I was heading out but the rest of the store was a mess.

I love Chipotle, but something has to be done about this location. Twice now I’ve gone and they’ve been out of tortillas. Today they were out of vinaigrette at 6:00pm. Also today, a homeless man came in, smashed into the door and squared up with me when he saw that I was looking at him. A second man was passed out on a bench. A third was just standing in the eating area with no pants on, cheering on the guy that smashed into the door. They come in and hang out because they are given free water. I don’t pretended to know the solution, and I’m not heartless, but my experience today was so bad, I don’t think I’ll ever return.

Worst of all, I had to ask for double meat because the initial portion was so meager. Also, terrible wrap job. Quality wise, the food was great.

Food / Service: Lady puts half of a scoop a chicken on my bowl. When I ask her about it, she said an extra scoop is 6.25. (Wow SF, really?) I left the bowl there and walked out.

Atmosphere: Saw two homeless people just hanging out there. Worst experience I've had at a Chipotle by far.

I recently had the worst experience at Chipotle, and I won’t be returning to this location. I ordered a pickup, but when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. The staff seemed completely clueless, acting surprised as if they didn’t even know about it. A woman named Maria hastily threw together my bowl without even reading the order properly, resulting in the wrong ingredients being used.

To make matters worse, there were no straws at the counter. When I asked for one, Maria rudely told me they didn’t have any. How does a store run out of straws before the day even ends? The whole experience was frustrating, and the staff was not only unhelpful but downright rude. The store itself was dirty, adding to the unpleasantness.

I strongly advise against visiting this Chipotle location. The service is terrible, the staff is rude, and the cleanliness is subpar. This was by far my worst experience at Chipotle. Avoid this place at all costs.

Maria didn’t even keep our order ready for pick up. She was supposed to keep it prepared but decided not to thinking we won’t come to pick it up, she also messed up our order and was super rude to the customers. She also swore bad words when asked for a straw for the drink we got. Please take strict actions against Maria from the store.
Worst service ever. Never visit this place.

Steak overcooked, worker added random stuff to my burrito and “folded” it into a ball before randomly labeling it with the wrong protein option. By far biggest issue is cleanliness. Probably the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been to—litter all over the (unswept) floor, tables are not bussed, drink/napkin/utensil station is a mess.
