People say this location sucks but if you come right when they open, they give you huge portions and I'm definitely satisfied with the size of my chicken bowl. I had a bite of chicken with every bite and they were generous with the sour cream. It seems every location in Downtown San Francisco has bad reviews so it seems chipotle is falling apart altogether. What a shame as it's simple to prepare their food fresh and serve the right portions. Anyone who experiences some kind of bullshit at any location needs to speak up and let them know that you want your food made right!!!! Let's get these guys back on track because the chipotle I remember was delicious and well portioned so don't take any order your not happy with and tell them to remake it!!

I walked into an empty store on a Saturday night with staff standing around.
The floors disgusting, literally garbage can at both garbage stations overflowing, exactly all of the napkin dispensers were completely empty, no forks only knives. The beverage fountain was out of ice, so I went back to the counter after purchasing my food to let them know. They just shrugged at me and didn’t say a word. I went back to fill my drink without ice, and the C02 was out. Went back to counter, shrug, no words.
My steak bowl was a LOT of fat and grizzle. My chips were stale. This place is a nightmare. Working in service management, I couldn’t help but wonder if front of house looked like this… what did back of house look like. 🙈

they are always out of things and take forever to refill on ingredients! but they do make good tacos for 4$ each.

It was very awfull. I loved chipotle when i was in new york but this time something happened. A lot of homeles entered and the place started to smell. And then the water i guess wasn't clean at all. I thought I would get sick but fortunately I'm mexican and this water seems not bad only have very bad taste. I hated the experience.

Today they made me a mini sized burrito and tried to convince me that it was normal sized. I asked for rice, beans, meat, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. At other chipotle's they have issues trying to brap the burrito, here they made it so small. Then they tried to convince me that it was MY FAULT that it was so small. They told me that once they wrap up the burrito that is it and I am stuck with what size it is. They told me that it is my responsibility to speak up if they are not putting enough in my burrito, so it is my fault that the burrito was small. They would not make me another burrito but after I compared it to others being made, they begrudgingly agreed to give me a refund. I don't have big hands and the receipt was bigger than the burrito!
