The two male workers had a really bad attitude and provided trash customer service. The food was not fresh at all ,it was disgusting. This was a very disappointing experience.

Not enough other Chipotles nearby.
Burned chicken
The line could be empty and they will still rush you through ordering like you're holding up (nonexistant) traffic. Need to chill out.

As others have mentioned, this Chipotle is the worst I've come across. This wasn't the case pre pandemic, they were quick, efficient, and had decent service.
I recently visited this Chipotle location and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. While I was in line, I politely asked if they had salad dressing available. Instead of answering or offering to find out, the staff member curtly told me I needed to ask the cashier—despite the fact that I was still mid-order and doing so would mean leaving my spot in line.
When I tried to clarify, she completely ignored me and immediately moved on to the customer behind me without acknowledging my question or providing any help. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

This is by far the worst Chipotle in the bay area. This was my 2nd time trying this location. I had a bad experience my 1st time. Were they served me the nastiest burrito wit burnt chicken that must have been sitting in the warmer & not fresh @ all. My 2nd & last time @ this location they gave me a baby burrito & charged me regular price. They gave me a baby scoop of everything & were very stingy wit the toppings. Id give them a zero rating if possible. Fx x

Literally the worst Chipotle experience ever, being rushed to make decisions the smallest portions I've ever been served and then a worker at the register screaming I'm not even sure what she's saying. I didn't even get my food because I was so overwhelmed and disappointed in my plate. You don't need a lady screaming at the top of her lungs, she don't belong at Chipotle put her on stage performing. That crap don't work here in San Francisco maybe some other country.

This location is great, except there was a staff person assisting at the register, possibly training the cashier, and she was extremely unpleasant and created a very hostile environment. I would really hate to be working with her. She was very loud, very rude and very demeaning toward her coworkers. Everyone else seemed to be putting up with it, but it did create a rather stressful atmosphere. It’s currently 12:15 PM on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the market Street location in San Francisco that is directly next to Joe and the juice.
