For all Chipotle lovers, please avoid this horrible place as much as you can!!Ordered my to-go lunch on their official Chipotle APP, confirmed it showed my order is “ready for pickup” in their APP but still have to wait at their store for more than 20 mins without getting anything and there was no help at all.Talked with a few employees and they all asked me to wait and said my order is coming, nothing happened. I told them that I want to talk to their manager as I was been waiting for more than 20 mins after it showed the order is ready but keep getting ignored by all surrounding employees, no one was helping at all! It’s clear that none of them cared about what their customers were struggling, didn’t listen to their customers, and ignored your requests at all even if you have paid already!Finally got a so called “manager”( a rude lady who was serving burritos and rice) and asked us(you are right, I’m one of the 3 poor guys who were struggling the same issue) to go to the order-line and order again(no extra pay). No excuses or any apologies were been given and I told them I don’t have time to wait for another 30 mins, the so called “manager” said she didn’t have time neither. What a joke!With such a rude attitude and no exercises or apologies were given due to their own faults/mistakes, I won’t go to this store anymore and recommend all Chipotle lovers to avoid going there.Their managing team should really put efforts on their stuffs and make sure your employees are well trained and understand what really does a customer mean to you, especially we have paid for everything already!

Be careful when you're sending young children here. This restaurant decides to double charge them and then tells them to deal with it on their own with the credit card company. They offer no assistance other than moving them along. I think of a restaurant double charges you. They should correct the situation immediately, especially when the child is showing them the double transaction.. I think the staff here felt that because it was a young child. They could take advantage of the situation and put some extra money in their pocket.

Absolutely horrible. Creepy employees hitting on me while i’m eating. They gave me a kids quesadilla when I paid for a regular and refused to reimburse or replace in any way.

Just watched an employee take cash from a customer with gloves on then proceed to make a burrito without washing hands or removing gloves and replacing them with new gloves. HEALTH HAZARD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
