Service and quality has improved the last few times I’ve gone. I used to avoid this Chipotle despite being the closest one to my office because of long waits and sad servings, but shelf pick up has improved online orders and the quantity of food seems back to normal. (I also love the Papalote Truck that parks out front)
Early lumch, so many people is standing in line. No spoon. It taste normal what I thought before.

There needs to be some training for the employees on how to roll a burrito. Not always their fault that it's hard to roll it because people just put too much in it. My advice is slow, slow down on the scooping of the food. Just because you're scooping fast doesn't mean the line will get shorter faster. It actually makes the food look like crap in the bowl. They should learn from panda express on how to scoop food. That fast scooping is the most annoying thing to watch. It just gives the customers a sense that the employees don't care.

I’m a bit of a Chipotle connoisseur. During the pandemic, I ate at a Chipotle 4 days a week or more. I have experienced Chipotles in cities as small as Defiance, Ohio, and as populous as NYC. I can confidently say this branch is one of the best, and likely the best in SF. It is better than the Chipotle near First and Market in almost every way, especially food quality and ambience. The food here usually tastes and looks fresh, and the vibes are good. The staff seems to work together well. Thanks for all u do, guys!

Just came for lunch, left without it. They tried to sell me brown-ish Guac - with the texture and consistency of cottage cheese. I do love my Guac chunky but looks like you put this through the blender or something. YUCK. Left it all at the register. Just imagine your Guac looking like green cottage cheese! No thank you!
Service super frantic and rushed, food skimped - the smallest bowl I’ve ever seen. There’s two of the middle aged Asian staff that have skimped my food and underserved so many times. Message to chipotle upper management - these two Asian woman are the only reason I will never be coming back.

This chipotle in person line never moves fast because they are completing mobile orders in the regular line. I wish they would prep mobile orders in a different area or prioritize the in person line. No issues other than that.

My guac has a piece of meat in it. Cross contamination which is unacceptable. I was trying to pass along this feedback via the app but it wouldn’t allow me without entering receipt number. I wasn’t offered a receipt. But I scanned the rewards app when I ordered so there should be history. Regardless, this is not ok. Bad food prep practices and bad app design. This can be huge for someone who cannot eat meat.

I don’t understand how the service is horrendously slow yet the staff are so frantic that they literally throw ingredients into the bowl so hard that they bounce out. Seems like there’s some mismanagement going on where they can’t get a steady pace of delivery during lunch rush.
My dad came here and there was something in the queso sauce that looked like a turd, the burrito was stale and he ended up throwing it out in the trash. So much for “always fresh” - Chipotle 😳

The staff are chaotic! I don’t think I have ever felt more rushed in my life. I get it’s lunchtime rush but the staff were ridiculous, I couldn’t even finish talking before they either moved me onto someone else or were trying to serve items I didn’t order.
