As a lifestyle director at a nearby residential complex, I frequently visit this location, as I enjoy your food and have always been pleased with the customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was both disappointing and distressing due to the actions of one particular staff member.

To provide some context: I accidentally placed an online order before arriving at the restaurant, resulting in two bowls being paid for, though I only intended to order one. When I approached the cashier to resolve the issue, I was polite and patient, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. The general manager (whom I assume helped me) was helpful and promptly processed the refund for the online order. However, the situation took a negative turn when it came to the second bowl.

Rather than addressing the excess bowl in a professional manner, the GM instructed me to "take the bag," implying that I was responsible for disposing of it. His tone was unclear, and I struggled to understand whether he wanted me to discard the bowl or if he intended for me to do something else. After a moment of confusion, the staff member (who was wearing a face mask, black hat, and had a darker complexion) rushed from behind the counter and aggressively gestured toward me, physically getting into my personal space and rudely demanded that I “TAKE THE BAG AND THROW IT AWAY.” This interaction was completely unprofessional, and his behavior was alarming.

This wasn’t an isolated incident. I previously had an uncomfortable experience with this same staff member during a visit just a few days earlier. I had ordered online and decided to ask for a bag of chips at the counter, not realizing that the staff member would interpret my request as a demand for a free item. When he handed me the chips, I assumed they were complimentary, but when I sat down, he aggressively confronted me about the chips, accusing me of taking something I didn’t pay for. I immediately returned to the counter to explain myself, even offering to pay for the chips, but he refused, dismissively stating that he "didn't get paid enough to care" and waved his hand in my face.

This staff member’s repeated aggressive and dismissive behavior is not only unprofessional, but it also crosses the line into hostility, and I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this location. While I understand that food service can be stressful, there is no justification for treating a customer with such disrespect or making them feel unsafe. It is deeply troubling that this individual appears to be allowed to engage with customers in this manner, and I strongly urge you to investigate this issue and address it promptly.

I sincerely hope that Chipotle will take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that all team members at this location understand the importance of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service etiquette. I have always enjoyed dining at Chipotle, and it is unfortunate that this incident has made me hesitant to return.

The workers here cannot fold a burrito to save their life. WHY IS THERE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BURRITO? It's not because there isn't enough tortilla or too much filling because I re-rolled it just fine. The fix is not to add a second sheet of aluminum foil, it's to learn the proper technique.

I have lived in this area for 5 years and this chipotle store is going down. I have supposed this location in my person life but also professionally with catering food for my job. Today was a horrible experience and our last few visits for my daughter and myself. Which she loves loves loves the bowls. She went there today to order and bowl and two crispy tacos at about 4:30pm. They had almost ran out of everything.She is only 13 years old and stated the staff women taken orders help 3 people in line before her. Until the fourth person spoke up for her saying are you going to help this young lady she has been waiting.When she brought the food home it looked disgusting. They had nothing on the menu you may have wanted.They didn’t have no fajitas, rice and protein. Only one person working and two staff just standing there and one sitting down eating. My food was disgusting and I would like it to be remade correctly. These standards in this area or any area need to be corrected immediately.

Never order online from this location. 10 mins after pickup time still not ready. App is a nightmare to get them to cancel and refund. The staff is awful and will stand around and stare at you vs trying to help

The asian guy in the front took my order super quick even though there was no one else at the store. When I was ordering I was super rushed , and when I asked for the red sauce , before I could even say “only a little” he dumped a lot of it in the bowl. He didn’t even look up at me when I was ordering . And gave me attitude when I asked for a bag. Horrible customer service , portions were not even good enough to back it up . Would not recommend going in person here, they treat their customers like trash.

portion sizes here are in the gutter. paid 17$ for a bowl with the new smoked brisket and got a pinch of everything. for 16$ i expect to have a full meal yet here i am left to starve for the rest of the day. other chipotles do way better i would avoid this one.
