Chipotle Mexican Grill

I genuinely cannot remember a time that I’ve ever been so disappointed by the portion size. I’m no stranger to being a little disappointed at certain locations, but this is a different beast entirely.

I was so upset in the moment that if it weren’t for my friends already having ordered, I would have walked right out the door. It goes without saying, however, that the burrito was delicious.

I will NEVER return to this location. Just go to another one down the street.

I’m honestly shocked at how bad my experience was today. The portions were ridiculously small—half a spoon of rice, half a spoon of chicken, and barely a teaspoon of sour cream. When I asked for a normal portion (not extra!), I was told I’d be charged more. How is that okay? I’m paying for a full bowl, not tiny sample-size scoops.
I ended up being charged $11.65 + $4.65 + $3.10 for what looked like the smallest bowl I’ve ever received from Chipotle. And the worst part? The inconsistency. My last visit here was perfect with proper portions. Today felt like a completely different restaurant.
This is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to argue for a standard serving size. This location really needs to get its portioning under control. I won’t be returning unless this improves.

I was surprised by the small portion and mentioned it with no response from the team. I thought I was being underserved but then I saw the other reviews.
