Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to this location twice. Both were bad experiences. The employees weren’t very nice and the portions were very small. Today they had no lettuce at all. I will never go back.

Smallest portions of any chipotle I’ve visited. Manager is apparently super strict and watches camera footage to monitor the quantity of food employees provide.

I’ve never had service this poor before at any restaurant. The staff were rude talked among themselves while guests stood in line and waited. Portion sizes are small as well

The worst Chipotle in the Bay Area. Staff is rushed, portions are tiny, and if they mess up, it’s your fault. They throw the food, yell loudly, and the ice machine doesn’t even have ice. Worst experience.

I went to this location twice to give it a second chance. Both times, they ran out of items like chicken or cheese and wouldn’t restock. They just say they are out of it and keep moving your bowl or burrito forward. I watched someone create a whole bowl and then ask for cheese, and they said they were out. He walked right out instead of taking the bowl.

The service size was very poor and sad. I ordered a chicken bowl with everything as double except the meat and it looked like the serving size wasn't even a single on both scoops. The lady that served me this Saturday at 2pm rushed my order even though there was no line, didn't even greet or look at me and didn't care about my food. Will not go back here again

The portion size at this Chipotle is really small, which left me quite disappointed. I can understand that it’s a bit more expensive than many other Chipotle locations—maybe it’s due to the location. But the portion size is seriously too small, even the receipt is bigger than the food…😅

They skimp on meat… and save what? $0.50-$1.00?

I eat chipotle a lot and have been to dozens of locations. This place always gives by far the least food. Like incredibly low amounts. I’m not a confrontational person but I have to ask for more rice, lettuce, or meat every single time.

Today I watched the manager tell the guy serving me to use only 3 fingers when adding lettuce to reduce the amount of lettuce I would get.

Great Chipolte. Nice people.

Really good customer service during the period after the rush. They were out of some things but they were very polite and explained why and helped customers find a suitable replacement. Some of the best customer service I received.
