Amazing view! Can’t beat it for that. A little sleepy, but great if you want to have a conversation and get a snack.

I went here with my cousins out of town before hitting the bars for something cute and chill for her 26th birthday. Right when we walked in we were greeted by looks. We continued to our table we instantly asked for waters when we go there the waiter a short older lady with tattoos and piercings and long black hair big lips. Once we asked for waters she just walked away, then we were confused on menus and still no help for about 10 mins before she returned with waters. Than we ordered, 3 or 7 of us did not like our drinks asked for new ones, once again walked away with no response just a look. Then she took our drinks walked away i stopped her to ask what is happening she said she had to bring these to her manager. Then 10 mins later she comes back with new drinks which were also horrible and not the one we asked for but we settled. Before this we ordered drinks, we all left the table to take pictures and while we were taking pictures 2 men approached us saying our drinks were ready while the security guard had been starting at us closely next to us while we took pictures. I've lived in SF for 2 years and have never experienced this type of service specifically in the city. Worst experience ever made us all so uncomfortable.

Wow! The view from this place of San Francisco is amazing! The best view of the city I have ever seen! The drinks are decent. You really come here for the view. They are nice that they allow you to pick a spot and it is first come first serve. You pick your spot and your server will come over eventually and help you order. I definitely recommend it for the view alone!

I would give 5 stars but drinks are very expensive. View is worth it though.

The website says they were open until 1am. They seated us around midnight and didn't say anything about closing soon. We got our drinks around 12:15am, and then moments later they turned on the lights, which seemed a little weird. Then a minute later, they literally closed all of the shades on the windows so you couldn't enjoy the view anymore. Then they started flashing the lights and yelling at people to get out. We had barely just gotten there and gotten our drinks and had to chug them while being harassed by the manager to get out. Horrible service!

If you want to make an impression bring your friends here, it's such a vibe! Especially during sunset I recommend the espresso martini and good company. Enjoy the beautiful views

Well I would say that the views were amazing (only at night). I stayed at this hotel 5 days and came up here for a drink daily. There are no entrée options but they do have like mini finger food which for the price I did not try. I had a lemon drop each time and they all sucked, I asked for a super sweet drink (whatever they recommended) not good either. My husband and group we were with also did not care for their drinks but I have no idea what everyone else got.

I can’t even put into words how Salma and Brian made our day today. It was our Anniversary, we stayed at the Hilton for our wedding 10 years ago. A memory that will last forever. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Hilton is fortunate to have Brian and Salma on the team, they are what Hilton standards are all about.

Must have been a change in mangement or something. Coco Chen and Sunney and Elton were my favorites. Then this week I take my drink from the lobby bar in the hotel.upstairs and am stopped very loudly by two men who forbid me to go any further. I ask if that is their final answer. And am told yes and I have to.leave. Coco - when we plan the fundraiser I talked about with Hilton FBM, you can cross Cityscape.off in entirety for being comsidered.

To be clear, this is only a review about the view. We were going up to our room on 27th floor and a younger couple got in the lift who were heading up to the rooftop bar, so we followed them up. Stunning views! We did a circuit and then went back down. There is some tiered seating so many people can enjoy the views.

A fun place to grab a drink and enjoy the views. The benches were worn out and fraying and the service was a bit slow. But overall we enjoyed ourselvesWheelchair accessibility: The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. They’re up a flight of stairs. But there are accessible bathrooms available in the hotel lobby
