Unbelievable cocktail joint with a vintage vibe and excellent staff. Oysters were great and served with a delicious minionette or an awesome smokey home make hot sauce.
I make a point to stop in here every time I'm in San Francisco if I can make an excuse to do so!

We had a great time here❤️
The service was too good. It was super crowded when we went, but still their service was spot on. Couldn’t have asked for better.
The food was also very yum!
The vibes of the place will carry you to the 1900’s
Thank you for this beautiful experience✨

Very unique place with a lot of history and some of the best craft cocktails I’ve ever had. The bartender took his time with each drink, making sure each was just right. With two drinks, you get a free light lunch on Fridays. It was corn chowder the day we went, which was phenomenal, but not hearty enough to soak up the two strong drinks. We added some fries and bacon wrapped dates yo have a little more on our stomach for walking around. It’s really worth reading the history of this old Jewish barbershop that was preserved and made into a destination. It’s wild to think everything this building has endured. If these walls could talk!

Stopped in for beverage and light bite. Great service, interesting history. Live music several nights a week. Local crowd mostly, typical old SF bar vibe. Great neighborhood hangout.

I had a great dinner there last night! My friend and I both got the steak frites, which was delicious and done perfectly. There was live music (at not too loud a volume) and great service. Neither of us are drinking currently, and they had a menu of 5 interesting mocktails to choose from. The prices are good, too!

Came for happy hour. The pianist singer gave some elegant vibes to accompany meeting up with some old friends. Quick service and tasty drinks for the happy menu cocktails. Would come back.

Came here for a cocktail and maybe a bite but it turned into several bites and several cocktails because we liked the vibe so much. There was a piano player while we were there and the service was fast and charming. We loved the pork bahn mi sliders and the crab rangoons.

If I could give this place 10 stars for atmosphere and service, I would add 10 to it.
Loved the history, the decor, the vibe, the lighting, the servers, the menu.
It felt like a step back in time without the cheesiness that normally accompanies such places.

It’s retro , classy, design feels like you have walked into the 1940s; I wish I was wearing a suit with fedora, with Lauren Bacall at my side; a long wooden rotating fan that looks like an oar is designed to mesmerize patrons to keep ordering drinks and food; Love the fried Brussels sprouts. The jazz band is curiously situated a level above bar as if they are a voice of God? I bet the band is called Zeus. And they use the trombone for a clarion call to the world !
